Thanks man, yup been following advice in here / sidebar religiously and it's paid off tremendously. I think you're right, and I also think personally I'll play my cards way better dealing with her this time around - aka, limiting investment and setting the boundaries like you say. I think I'll just ask her if she's in the city, and suggest we split a bottle of wine to catch up. If she doesn't accept / reschedule, well then I tried, but will leave it at that. Okay. How did you make that clear to her? What did you say? And yes, I guess if she snapchats me / whatever, the procedure would be just to flirt a bit, and then schedule for a meetup. Right? And then slowly put her back into rotation.

Yeah man. It's easy to get a little blindsided though and make wrong decisions (if you're not 100% converted yet). I'm slowly getting there, and changing, and after all, I'm the prize, it's just about remembering / adjusting to always act like it.

Hey man, just an update! So we saw each other yesterday and had a blast. We shared a bottle of vodka that was empty in one hour, so obviously we were drunk and this opened her up. We got to talking, and agreed on an open relationship, since she knows I've seen others and since she told me she'd seen others recently as well. Of course this basically shut down every single thought of a possible LTR that I had, but it makes it MUCH easier for the both of us, since we basically just want to have fun…

That makes perfect sense dude. In regards to the band thing, I casually mentioned we were gonna play in the city, and she was the one wanting to go with a friend of hers. So I'll keep it at that, it's in two weeks, so I'm just not gonna bring it up again. :-)
