I'm fat AND skinny. That is, I'm skinny everywhere except my gut and ass. This is due, I understand, to large amounts of alcohol consumption. So I have cut that out, and am now on a keto diet. The folks at /r/keto told me just to do 5x5 lifts program and eat more protein. Is that right?

I think than OP is wrong, since all the things he mentions can be found in the north. "Sticking to your values" isn't exclusive to the south. I'm a southerner (Texas my whole life) and in conversation I've tried to capture the difference in to social atmosphere between the south and New England/east coast. 25 is wrong. Girls like a man with values, so political talk can be good. The mistake guys make is to discuss politics with boring references to parties and politicians. Better to show your passion and that you are engaged and concerned about things that matter. Values and beliefs are strong indicators to women. Louis CK is notoriously bad with women? The fact the he jokes about his experience with women is not itself a point against his game. Outwardly, Louis radiates alpha qualities. He's big, funny, boisterous, confident, has tons of anecdotes, is extremely expressive. His self deprecation is an alpha trait in someone as confident as he is. Everything about Louis screams alpha. Don't get the 'easy glide' type with the flat floss. The thread tends to pull out of the plastic. Just get the plain kind. I keep a pack in the car. Actually, I floss with them so much now that I'm kind of addicted to them. Gives a kind of satisfaction like you get from chewing on a pen. At first your gums will probably bleed, but that will go away after a while.
