Hey man I’ve been in this exact position before, this is anecdotal advice but you like myself formerly may have an insecure attachment style. You don’t have to have a woman. They’re a choice and a want- not a need- you seem to have seriously pedestalized this woman to the point she might’ve picked up on it. You should maybe focus on being a complete circle by yourself and for yourself first that way you don’t over invest

I’m a big proponent of a coffee or brunch / dinner first date, for a first date I’m just sussing out how they behave who they are and what they’re about, checking our chemistry in person. The activities and all that can happen on the consequent dates

I’ve been seeing few posts and reports similarly, would you say it has something to do with guys just don’t have a secure attachment and relationship with themselves? In the sense they don’t have that air of confidence, to go do what they want and say what they want? I’ve heard women love guys that mean what they say and aren’t afraid to just go for it and get it done

Exactly love this response, it’s more so being securely attached within yourself and having a confident frame of mind and talking. You don’t need her or anyone you want them, so you’re fine with or with her so your texting reflects that reality that you are out and about doing things and you’re inviting her along for the fun. These texts just give a desperate / lacking self respect type of vibe

I’m there with you, I’m about to turn 23 as well and I tried to dive head first in finding a relationship after university that I got hurt a lot, but it taught me so much about attachment theory, anxious preoccupied attachment, my own tendencies, I developed so much emotionally and mentally understanding my patterns and responses to things, healing and spending year focusing on my fitness and wellbeing. But I feel a little stressed wondering how I’ll find a quality relationship in this day and a…

The percentages gave me a headache, I think you’re thinking of it too literally, you might need to loosen your perception of what exactly you like or don’t like and being quick to judge women. They’re versatile human beings just like yourself, not a type of sauce that’s just one flavor

Can you elaborate on the solution aspect? I like your explanation!

Don’t bring up or hint at any sexual innuendo or sex during the first date or especially over text unless you both are explicitly agreeing to just hook up.

What's coquette role?

Something I'm struggling with truly, being comfortable with myself and being alright moving forward by myself. Tbh even when I think about myself it's always with pity like oh no one's there to love me for my passions and no romantic partner is there to find my interests appealing, and I feel like I've let an abusive past leave mark on me so how do I break free from this sort of thinking and get comfortable with myself?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
