If you did you'd know the Constitution was written quite some time ago. Some of it applies to America at the time, a much younger nation. Lots of amendments since then. We have judges to interpret the law/Constitution as it applies to America right now. If we applied the Constitution as the founding fathers would have it, we might have slavery back on the table. Catch my drift?

I feel you, man. Even my wife, before we were married, would break glass and damage anything of value I had if our arguments didn't go her way. A few times she even got physical, but I'm a big guy so I'm assuming she felt it didn't matter.
