Men's rights deals with inequality amoung the genders. Feminists gained influence through level headed arguements for equality between the genders. The man bashers were the ones that helped to alienate them and discredit them. Up until this point she is being treated exactly as a man. She is being charged with a crime and will likely spend a long time in prison for this. 10	Female babysitter admits sex with the child she was hired to look for Like I said, if she wasn't charged with a crime and got off scot free it would be a men's rights issue but the article states that she is being CHARGED with sexual assualt of a minor. She is being treated exactly as a man would be treated. Nor does this article imply that what happened what a good or bad thing. It pretty much just states the facts. If this woman were to eventually get off scot free it would be a men's right issue because you could argue that there was unequal treatment based on gender. As of yet there has been no unequal treatment because she hasn't been convicted of a crime. Infact she's INNOCENT because she hasn't been proven guilty.
