1	A little exercise I do for Vocal Tonality also, u shouldnt try to sound like somebody else, its more difficult than just finding ur own qualitites you like and enhancing them (unless ur a good voice actor). I've recorded my voice and listened to it. I found what i could do naturally and chose the parts I found generally pleasing and used it more frequently. eg. I like the way my voice sounds warm and airy at a low mid-range. i can make it thick, thin w.e but i get the most control there. but i hate it, if i go lower, its inaudible.
