Remember that you aren't supposed to participate in threads in ANY WAY if you got there following a publicly posted link like that one. Ten other people do the same as you, reddit identifies that behavior as brigading, as stupid as it sounds, and you get shadowbanned. From my understanding, that's about the whole reason the "np" option exists for URLs, so you get the "don't participate" reminder and don't accidentally ban yourself. Source: was shadowbanned for commenting and voting in such links…
