thanks, I needed to hear this. She is actually running circles around you and fucking with your head. These women are guilty until proven innocent is the mindset you should always have when a woman claims to be in love with you. Make her prove it. Talk is cheap. And online dating is ALL talk. make her prove it how, what do you mean specifically? I don't mind if she doesn't prove it and switches to just doing project work or even goes away either.

that's pretty good. can you give specifics that relate more to being in a relationship?

wrong, there's just one Internet. Why do you think if something gets to -5 it'll get to -50 but if it gets to 7 it'll get to 70 points? There is an order here.

so obsolete, women have evolved so much that mating between a woman today and a man from the era that was published in is physically impossible. This is one common definition of different species. (whether they can mate successfully, if not they're not the same species.) I didn't read any of this crap but come on.

can't YOU figure it out? I got annoyed with OP just reading his post.

I thought this was a metaphor that asking redditors about fun social games is like asking homeless people for change!!!

in the video you linked the guy can barely keep from cracking up. it's not even as funny as the extent to which he thinks it is. I mean it's funny, but you can tell in some parts he thinks it's REALLY funny. 100% acting.

I'm PM'ing you my response as it's personal and don't want it in my post history, thanks.

we held hands and she didn't pull away but reciprocated (first date) and hugged and kissed each other on the cheek, also she didn't pull away when I kissed her neck. I am kind of push pulling, I guess? we haven't had sex but due to the circumstances it's kind of an all or nothing situation so it would have to be dating toward something extremely serious. My only question is whether during this time I should deny seeing other women. by the way if it falls through with her of coiurse I WILL actual…

I think it's a pretty excellent suggestion. what about having preference for one girl and escalating with her physically but seeing others without escalation or physicalities (like hanging out type of dates or activities etc)? would that work? I personally have zero desire to be physically intimate with multiple girls. except at the same time! :-D

VERY interesting advice that I hadn't heard before (about the phone). sounds good to me!

wow. I guess I'm very traditional but I don't have this feeling about women at all, even though I (a man) would never behave in the way you describe. I see it as completely normal and human.

thanks - and thanks for the "I'm serious" tag! out of curiosity do you have good luck with women? do you not use any of the advice in /r/seduction such as maintaining a sense of desirability and attractiveness to many women? do you not send mixed signals or play hot and cold, push and pull, etc?

what, level 5 meta? I don't understand you ThrowawayPUA. Just tell me what to do. As in tell me the words to say out of my mouth when I'm done chewing and have swallowed.

could you just refer me to a specific line item in the side bar please, I feel like I'm missing you on at least 3, if not 4 levels of meta.

that's fine and good but doesn't really address the question. if we start to see each other more and more either I tell her I'm not going on dates with others at the moment (explicitly) or I leave it ambiguous which given what I had told her before would definitely mean that I am seeing someone else seriously. I definitely said I was currently seeing or dating women, since it was true at the time and I'd just met her. so there's no real default option - of course I will be vague and mysterious, …

you very strongly implied that a relationship sucks. you called them "stage 5 clingers" and said they "make really bad decisions..." just for wanting one. I agree with you, they're just different.

the thing is what defines casual dating? Obivously if oyu're only seeing someone rarely it's casual dating automatically but beyond that - if you see someone frequently I feel this could lead to misunderstandings. just my feeling. I'm not 100% sure we're talking about the same thing or where your lines are or what freuqently means for both of us but there you go.

Also, keep in mind you aren't in a relationship until you discuss or clearly state that you're in one. I don't feel this is correct. by this standard some people can get married without ever being in a relationship with the other person first, since they never had that talk they just started acting that way and it was understood.

how are you a scarce resource if you give it up for everybody, a, and b, I don't see what's so bad about a relationship. what's wrong with one?

this is interesting. so you want people to do the real-life equivalent of a wall of text. (I don't disagree, just an interesting way to put it.)

Oh I get it. So you can just touch any girl's ass whenever you want, if she says no you can go touch some other girl's right? There's no "sexual tension" in the scenarios OP describes. just an awkward passive girl.

one of my straight guy friends offered to teach me by practicing with him um, I got news for you about your friend bro.

I read that as "they don't want someone to straight-up literally rape them", as in, push them around and into sex when they don't want that, just because they happen to end up at his place and start to escalate, or something. OP might tell us if that's what he thought of. An example of an easy out in my opinion would be, oh I don't know - "hey I like you, do you mind if we keep chatting a bit or do you want to pick this up later and talk to our other friends for a bit now", and if she says it's …

You're completely wrong. This whole post is absolutely awesome and shows real empathy by the poster. It's the OPPOSITE of rape culture. Yes, giving a girl the right to veto or decide on whether you are going to be touching her or not is not a "turn-off", it's intense respect. (In the context OP stated). Yes, if they're not that into you you have to just move on or give them a chance to move on, give them an out of the conversation: - it's not "grope them first and if they start screaming, go gro…
