Probably because landscaping is a low skill job that anyone can get into so people with addictions can do it. Read up on some testimonials from porn actors. Ive posted this before but A few years ago I did bartender training. One of the lessons was about serving pregnant women. You CANNOT refuse to serve a pregnant woman alcohol because it's sex discrimination. However, if she gets drunk on your watch and the baby gets FAS, she can sue you for child endangerment.

if they changed their mind afterwards It's still consent. Also, if they are drunk and say yes, that is still consent. Same reason drunk drivers don't get off free now, they chose to drink and therefore take that risk. If someone rapes someone who is drunk, then it is obviously rape, but if two drunk people willingly have sex, it's their responsibility.

I don't see how a Patriarchy exists. The most powerful men in the country are in those positions because they earned them usually, not because they are men. The only way I feel women are worse off is they get paid less for the same job.

It's my belief everyone is 100% responsible for their actions while drunk. They chose to drink to excess, meaning they chose the risks that come along with it. If a girl gets drunk and has sex with someone, it's her responsibility. Same goes for men.
