Well your first mistake is spending $100 on an 1st/2nd/3rd date. Coffee or cheap lunch first. That way if you feel it isn't worth it to pursue, then it's only a small loss. That's not why women are underrepresented in stem fields... Don't suggest that women generally lack technical skill and simply bs their way through things. That not what this is about.

Studies have consistently shown that women just aren't interested in STEM fields (idk about mba things, the study we went over in class was on stem b/c I'm in stem). You can provide all the female-only scholarships you want, but it won't make them like the fields.
