Obviously you've never done a heavy squat, I would cite you the endless articles and sources attesting to the fact that the squat is a full body lift but I'm sure you can find them yourself. Also, citing powerlifting totals to argue that body builders are stronger than a woman is ridiculous, they are two different. That's significantly higher than any male body builder... I think you're confusing your strength sports. And your comment about upper body strength is irrelevant. Becca swanson holds a powerlifting total over 2000 pounds, which is more than 99.9% of men. And honestly a gender qualification is a difference. You're not strong because you're a guy, you just have an easier time being strong if you want to be.

I think it's literally just saying women can be strong too.. I got no sense of comparison from the article, plus there are women that are stronger than 90% of men. It's not cut and dry.

The comments are just as interesting. "Can't take a joke when the object is men." While calling family guy actually sexist. I'm not a huge fan of the show but the entire premise revolves around everything in it being a joke.
