lol you totally missed the point of the picture, its NOT about domestic violence, but about the right to decide what pictures of you get tagged on the internet The girl on the photo is passed out drunk next to the toilet and her boss tagged the photo, violating her rights...!

I took creatine religulously for a few months, did nothing for me. The only things that really boost gains, other than exercise and a good diet, are PEDs, SARMS and the such. BUT STAY NATURAL GUYS! Well, if you don't, I don't care, GYOW! ;)

I just built my home gym, problem solved! You don't really need anything more than weights, bars, a bench with a rack and a rudimentary cable machine (mine cost like 90 bucks)
