What really pisses me off is the assumption that women make better parents. As if men are somehow emotionally inferior, or less able to care for a child simply because he's a man. How fucking ridiculous. If (heaven forbid) my husband and I should get divorced, I would not put any limitations on his relationship with our children. Men (good men) are seriously under appreciated, misunderstood and neglected these days...it's sad. To add insult to injury, women who have a good man, either don't know it or take it for granted. Dare I say we need a "men's movement" similar to the women's movement, but based on their treatment in the home/relationships and in the media. edit: I'm a woman.
