Oh girl I get you. I just downloaded OLD and then immediately deleted it after looking at the amount of “just ask, we can go for a walk” answers there are in profiles within 5 minutes. My close friends’ group chat have been sharing pictures of their kids and their relationships and I’m here with my houseplants, so I totally get you feeling like you’re so behind. Can confirm, Canadian men are garbage. I went on a “walk” date with a man before FDS and we ended up walking straight into the bad high-crime part of town because he had no leadership qualities and was too weak to speak up about pointing us in a different direction. He ended up future planning, love bombing, then ghosting. Wish I knew about FDS sooner, no more walks unless it’s just me with a cute dog.

True! I used to work for a childcare agency, I saw many babysitting ads go up in rich areas for families who live in mansions, but want to pay their babysitter well below minimum wage and also want them to be a maid full time. Cheap bastards.

I watched this recently too and I cringed. Same with Kiki’s Delivery Service with the boy making Kiki feel super uncomfortable. Luckily they’ve done better films, I really enjoy Spirited Away, Totoro, and Princess Mononoke for example.

My dad is like this, very frugal unless it was for his family. My uncle, however, is the opposite. I’m glad that this reminds me what I need to recognize in a person.
