Agreed man, I know it's not for everyone. I just know my Faith that definitely has saved me from much more tragedy. I don't even know where I would start in a situation like this with kids involved. Heart breaks for this guy.

I would say generally you're correct. Everyone has different circumstances and perceptions.

Yes man and same on the Christian forums as well there are some crazy people out there and can really misguide people quite seriously. Woo woo sky fairy vibes, you can say what you want but my Faith has literally saved my life from multiple suicide attempts so I wouldn't be here today with God. I guess that's just the "woo woo sky fairy vibes"

First thing man. Breath... Silence.. just take a step back. Some people on this forum don't really understand the pain and the suffering you are in and will continue to be in for a hard season (some of us will never be able to relate directly to your situation and luckily in mine, kids weren't involved). I want to say to you directly though. I'm sorry. I don't know your circumstances and hers but just man to man, it breaks my heart reading through this post. As a Christian man, I can tell you th…

No down vote here btw but I appreciate your input! I'm actually 24 and finding healing in changing my life up quite a bit. I have a few ministry opportunities in Japan that I am exploring as well as using my degree to get me into cyber security. If things go so somewhat decent I would just like to restart my life with a new found confidence with myself and my faith. Hopefully that can mean a great wife and kids one day too :) thanks for reading through man.

I'm grateful that this helps you. At least in my experience, to even think rationally and somewhat clearly. It's impossible to do that in your own mind at least that's how it was for me, so I like writing. That way you can read back what your thoughts are trying to convey. The Holy Spirit helps make sense of it all and helps with the overall pain and destruction of what we feel. I have a lot lot more of these to do but it was a good starting point. Thanks again, I'll do my best to stay strong. O…

It takes a lot of strength and courage for someone to talk about what they are going through. Especially within their marriage and for that I give you admiration. People do change, husbands and wives alike. If we didn't change then marriage and relationships would be an awful place where there would never be improvement of growth, tough roads to run through. Nothing to gain and nothing to lose by the ability to not change at all. For people to change within a marriage, that should be beautiful a…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
