18	Pro tip for finding out if she gave the Right/Wrong number. That's exactly what the tip giver is saying to do though when he says "if not start chatting up a new girl." He's basically saying you take an extra 5 seconds to see if she cares enough to correct the (wrong) number, which probably means she actually gave you her number and it's cool.
