5	Seddit, I lost my confidence and passion for life. I'm a walking zombie. How do you start enjoying life again? When i get a bit down, I cannot stress enough how much Training helps me. I go to the gym but what really lifts my mood is cardio training for at LEAST 30 min. 2	Stop getting into AFC/chode mood? Maybe you can "tune" your politeness in a way that you remain a gentleman but still "stand your ground". Opening doors to old lady is being polite.
