I don’t go outside. I work out and I go home. I go to work then I go home. I do hobbies like painting and photography which are inherently solitary. I don’t like dating apps because it feels like an interview or shallow. Im picky cuz most men are ugly to me. I’m passive. I’m hopeless.

Scarcity may be the reason. If they fall out of the relationship then they’d probably go thru long droughts. Also because it may be harder for them to get relationships in the first place, the people who do decide to stick with them may have less hang ups about physical looks and may look towards more intangible traits which help to nurture a relationship.

Women traditionally being taught I want to address this. I think there are multiple factors at play here. I think on one hand women are conditioned to do so - think of all the proactive women who will tell you men view them strange for initiating.
