By that logic supermarkets shouldn't be allowed to sell condoms, because those offend Catholics. Or violent video games, because those offend people to. Or ham, or non-kosher meat, or shellfish, or leavened bread, or electronics, or really any meat, etc, etc. It's ridiculous to say that selling something that may offend someone should be illegal.

That's the issue, unless women are assigned to female units and do "female level" missions against "female level" opfors, then they shouldn't be held only to a lower, female level of fitness.
