All three. For me, and my son. I have so far failed to see the difference between this group and others.

The language used for these arguments in both communities matter little if the goal and outcome is the same. It's not helping the division. Some care about that and others just don't.

Theo Von did a great 2 hr interview with Laila Mickelwait on February 3, 2025 about pornography. Highly recommended.

It's unfortunate for sure. Women are valued the same way in my opinion.

IDK. Saying it's a class war, and not religious, gender, or race war outright, to me is undetermined yet. The men here say that women have the upper hand, more opportunities because of feminism and DEI. The oligarchy's lust for AI power and control will decimate our economy and jobs for people, society, culture. Do I blame men for fearing this? No. But I fear that women will absolutely get cut, handed the short stick due to sheer lack of opportunity. In the name of procreation and workers for pr…

So, when I read this, I felt that this was the Administration's "fix" to one of his first Executive Orders eliminating DEI and the memo that went out with the list of words to scrub. Men and man is not on that list. Women and woman is. Others and myself were concerned that federal funding for DV shelters for women would stop. This was when federal agencies were bowing out of prior commitments to host or participate in STEM for girls events in high school. This may be the way that they allow that…

Possibly. Clearly, some of them thought that. But we're in the Left Wing Male Advocate sub, not the MRM or conservative men sub. I came here thinking there was a difference. I can't see the difference most days. I used to feel that race and religion aside, that 'most' Americans, and American men did not hitch their wagon to racism, war on people with less, or in favor of theocracy, which would reflect the general population, but that didn't represent in the election. I'm not convinced that men, …

This. Exactly. Men voted in droves thinking this regime would be good for them.

Dangit, I just know I'm going to get kicked out of this sub as a woman, but I'm picking up alot here for me and my minor son. But- Only Fans has been around for less time than Mike Rowe has been telling men that the only real manly jobs are in mostly sweaty blue collar work. His intention, I believe, wss to bring pride, validation, and highlight the importance of that work. Which was good. But culture perhaps deterred men from advanced training/education to own their business or get a degree. I'…

This still shot describes two things that are, I think, factually true. Without seeing video of the subject, it's hard to tell the narrative behind it. Yes, men are incarcerated more than women. From what I know, more women have been applying, entering college, and earning degrees. It frustrates me if it is rigged, but for the last 15 years in my state, circle of men, society in general (and Mike Rowe) has told men that the only real jobs are dirty jobs (his label). It was my observation that men…

I'm not sure about that. It appears to me that the oligarchy and religious folks got everyone convinced that women need to be home and pregnant, to breed more workers, and free up jobs for men due to the impact of AI. Consider all scenarios.

Absolutely! I've observed it myself. So many bots and manipulators in social media. I'd say 20-30% real people, or at least people that are not actors for some agenda.

And you are detailing the argument about financial abortion, but there are men who insist they should also have a say in parental rights NOT to abort. There seems to be two issues here.
/r/MensRights24/06/25 02:51 AM

My point is that people lie, men and women. I feel that both should have a stated say BEFORE pregnancy, not after. Some people get what they want by presenting themselves one way, and then change their tune when nature and real life hits.

So, how would this work? Let's say people, starting at what age I don't know, but how about every sexually active, able to consent person is required to complete a witnessed form stating what their preferences are: would participate in parenthood with all the financial and other obligations in the event of pregnancy (Y or N), would abort if becoming pregnant (Y or N), would assert parental rights to embryo or fetus and force birth under the law (obviously new, hypothetical law) for sole custody …

Many women are modest. Consider algorithms and targeted advertising just based on men's gender, and that you are seeing that. Most women are not as you describe. I'm not. I was viewed as attractive, chill, sexy, but I didn't flaunt or expose my DDs, etc. I gave up on dating and relationships at 51; I reached a body count of 10, which was an arbitrary cutoff for me. Women are judged so badly for OUR body count. It wasn't really that number as much as it was the price. Bummer, since I enjoyed sex …

Theo Von sat down with Laiila Mickelwait #559 February 3, 2025. This pod explains alot. Doesn't address everything in the OPs post, but just felt like mentioning it.

Lots of folks are lonely- young people, middle aged divorced people, elderly that live alone, men, women, and married people too. When I sometimes emote my own loneliness, inevitably a married person tells me that "hey, we are too." I think the disagreements arise when the MALE loneliness issue comes up and it's not accompanied with statistics about depression and suicide rates, or it's not associated with anything other problem in their lives other than a lack of a relationship with a woman. Na…

Women are here. I came here after swearing off dating at 51; I'm just living my life. I'm followed the sub to understand men's experience mostly for the sake of my teen son, and to see if there are ways that I can improve the gender divide. I don't comment, maybe twice, but not argumentative. Just observing.

There's more to sickness/health to a marriage and a life. It's not the 19th or even 20th century. I mean, RFK might take us back there, but let's hope not. Just because people take those vows, doesn't mean they honor it. My mom did. But the marriage vows are more than that. Ironically, and statistically, men often bail when their wives are sick. What about infidelity?

The only difference between the female and male experience in the OPs post about women and men having sex, was "having a baby". Some want to shame her, ban her from making choices, while at the same time, as you state, some 'force a man to pay for a child he doesn't want.' They tell her to keep her keep her legs closed. The options are diminishing.

This is the justification for a prenuptial agreement for EVERY marriage, regardless of age or assets. Each party should know entering the commitment how the other will view separation...with or without offspring, etc. The party who is out of the workforce to care for children or homeschool or whatever should know if the other who is in the workforce earning wages, retirement, resume, and skills agrees that those are shared assets...or not. If not, then both parties should work towards and encour…

Your entire premise is that the woman "decided" to "nullify her marriage vows". Not my experience. So if you rephrase your proposal without wife or husband or gender roles, then that would be a discussion.

I'm not sure I understand your 'new' proposal. Seems to me that's the way it used to be, and it was rejected by women.

A very fair amount seem to be. But I've thought that before and been wrong. The OP on this thread was a bit alarming, but trying to understand. It's why I'm here. I haven't commented much, if at all, here. Wasn't sure if women were allowed to comment. Been studying about MR and gender war topics for years now. Getting scared about P2025, so trying to dig deeper.

The stats that my local police department cited in their 8 week citizen community course, align with your first two statements. The homicide detective dude said it was over 97% of intimate partner unaliving was committed by male partners. Then he covered two local cases with photos and all. It was horrific. I don't hate men, but I have alot of fear because the price is high if I run into a bad one. I'm not looking for a relationship anymore, but I'm here to learn about supporting good men for my…
