40	Male privileges I know it's only anecdotal, and in no way quantifiable, but I would have to argue that the duluth model seriously skews the women's numbers due to the nature of how many men are arrested (and then probably added into these numbers as perpetrators) in IPV situations when they did absolutely nothing.	/r/MensRights	04/09/15 01:55 PM
135	Male privileges The stat for 70% can be found here:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1854883/pdf/0970941.pdf it states that for all non-reciprocal violent encounters women initiate 70% of the time. edit: not sure if that means 70% of IPV is initiated by women, but I think it's probably a good indicator that most of the time in IPV they start the escalation to violence.	/r/MensRights	04/09/15 01:42 PM

1	Female student gets a heaping dose of equality, assaulting a male student until he responds with a body slam In 'murica, you have to be certified in restraint to be able to de-escalate a situation like that. Otherwise you lay a hand on a student you risk getting sued/losing your job. The teacher probably already called the school administrators waiting for someone trained to come in.
