1	The 55 laws of the Alpha Male When you laugh at your own joke, it makes it look as if the joke isn't funny on its own and you have to give it a boost. It's probably just a quirk the person who made the list can't stand, but I agree with it. To me, laughing at your own joke screams insecurity.
