Every lawyer worth anything at all files a motion to dismiss. It's effectively just a procedural motion and them doing their due diligence, they rarely expect it to work, but even the 0.01% chance it does makes it worth it because it's just some paperwork.

Honest answers? In the US breast cancer actually affects considerably more people, it affects younger people, being diagnosed carries a higher risk of death and more do in fact die of it. I'm not sure why people in the US are so quick to believe this poster applies to them when it's trivial to look up US rates Decades ago breast cancer was stigmatized and seen as shameful to have and this lead to wide spread issues of those with it not seeking care and not being able to find support from family,…
