No. He’s talking down to you in a way. Unconsciously he sounds like he’s talking to you the way he probably talks to the kids. Short. Clipped. Demanding. All business. But you’re hearing “talking down.” The more you whine about him being nice or sounding nice, the more he feels annoyed with you (to him that probably sounds childish and sees you the way he probably sees the kids). Tell him you want to talk about something important when he’s in an ok mood. When he is up for it, tell him exactly w…

Don’t cut him off. Wait until he’s finished and then say, “I wasnt looking for fixes…just venting…. but anyway, how was your day?”

You’re so welcome! Hope it’s as helpful to you as it was to me. Basically psychological behavioral modification that helps you and men you date value you, pursue you and value your time. But it’s slightly controversial. Very red pill.

This is gonna get me downvoted to shit… but I get why you’re scared. The issue is real, and don’t let people invalidate that. There’s a super dated book called “the rules,” and it really helped me. You’ll have to use your own updates, it literally talks about answering machines, so you’ll have to do your best to translate it to modern times… but it’s very helpful. And really helped me. Read it.

Not cool. I told something similar to a someone close: wanna know the worst part about being annoying on purpose? It usually works. Now I’m annoyed.

This is NOT ok. This is not what strong hvm do. This is what a weak, abusive, controlling child does. You do realize that sex is next right? Be careful and maybe make sure that you’re safe while you figure out what to do.

Maybe the embarrassment you feel is an important signal you should listen to. If you feel embarrassed of your choice, maybe ask yourself why instead of trying to get over it. If your insecurities make you feel self conscious, work on the insecurity, not the consciousness.

This doesn’t sound healthy to me. I’d consider finding a man that’s more worthy of your submission. He’s abusing his power. Powerful men don’t treat their women this way. Narcissistic little shits do.

And they resent their children because they, themselves, are psychologically still children. And resent the responsibility. It’s pathetic.

Omg TOTALLY. I also resent the “wine mom” culture. Being a mom is so horrible that one has to drink constantly? Wtf? It’s so gross. I’m with you!

You’re probably both upset about something deeper. Reflect on yourself and change. Hypersensitivity? Controlling? Insecure? Nobody is perfect.

I think I might belong here… but I’m not sure. I’ve tried to Google information on what the Red Pill is and what a Red Pill Wife is. But I’m not finding a consistent explanation that makes sense. Some described it a matrix reference that means choosing to see and live in reality, however uncomfortable or ugly. Others said it’s like internalized misogynistic views and… like other heavy criticisms. What is a red pill wife? What is a TRP man? What is MRA and MGTOW? I think I belong here! I’m sorry …

You’re in an awesome field to attract a high potential man! Stick it out, study hard and make good grades (but keep them private). Smile a lot and wear colors (not mostly black). Go on lots of dates, listen hard, be tidy, stay trim, wear makeup, keep up a pretty (and reasonable) manicure, and do your hair for every glass/outing. Follow feminine fashion blogs and follow their advice. Exercise in at least one girlie way, like yoga/Pilates/etc. learn how to flirt and date well. Don’t pursue men, th…

Dear Datenightdeadlock, I also read advice columns obsessively as a kid! I have an idea based on something I scrolled past a few months ago. You and your man are going to put together a surveymonkey-type quiz that he can give you to help guide his decision making. That way he can have some clues on what you’d like to do, you can let him have the reins and it’ll all be kind of fun. Make a quiz that asks a bunch of questions. Here’s some ideas. I am in the mood for_______ A. Fun and adventure B. R…
