5	Wrote this to a self confessed "short fat and ugly kid" who was trying to loose his V card. Some one PM'd me saying I should post it. When at the gym, WORK OUT YOUR BACK MUSCLES. In our day and age, we all develope "Iphone neck" from looking at phones and screens all day. This also has to do with the fact that our chest muscles are more worked out than the back (opposing) muscles. You get your back in shape and roll your shoulders back so your are less hunched, stand straight with chest out, you breath better and look better.
