I still can't believe the uber driver didn't press charges on her, she sure as hell deserved it.

You said you read Models, so take Mark Manson's advice and start building yourself up as a man. Take a break from pickup if necessary. Today, I spent entire weekend sleeping for 16 hours. Great, now next weekend use that time to do something productive. Start working out. Read a book. Try out some new activities. Do anything and everything that will make you a better person, thus making you more attractive.

>I dunno the last time I committed to lifestyle changes a Manson suggested it didn't go too well... Then explain yourself. What Manson suggests one should commit to is practical changes like working out, dressing better, and building passions. I don't see how the things I listed can be anything but an improvement to all aspects of a person's life, especially with women. Edit: I'm stupid.

Not worth it. Read Models by Mark Manson and start committing to the lifestyle changes Manson suggests in his book.

Great post. I especially agree with this point: Through this realization, I have come to a theory on why women like men who stand out. It's because WOMEN TOO ARE PREDISPOSED TO PLAY IT SAFE. They also have a reputation to worry about. They don't want to risk doing anything to hurt it. So, guys who go after what they want, and aren't afraid of social risks are so attractive to women. Imagine yourself, you would much rather have women approaching you and vying for your attention. This is a no risk…

Looking at that photo, I can honestly say you're a good looking guy. Personally, I think you're better looking than Tyler. Take that with a grain of salt as I am a straight male and not a female. I'm pretty certain your issue is a mental one, not a physical one. As you stated yourself in the OP, you say that you take every rejection personally and it reinforces your negative beliefs about yourself. This is not reality, but merely your false perception of reality. More specifically, you're guilty…

Looks absolutely are a big deal. Sure, looking good isn't necessary, but it really does help and how you present yourself definitely leaves a big impression on the people you talk to. The great thing about being a man is that even if your physical looks are subpar, you can augment your appearance through fashion and good grooming. If you haven't already, I recommend subscribing to /r/malefashionadvice and /r/malehairadvice to get started. If you have problems with bad skin or acne, /r/skincaread…

Fair enough, but I think it's because what you aim to do and what the book aims to is completely different. While the goal of PUAs is to get laid as much as possible, Models aims to help you to better yourself as an individual. Sex is merely a by-product of this improved lifestyle. Sure, climbing Mt. McKinley isn't going to directly get you laid, but what it will do is boost your self-esteem, make you feel like a more accomplished person, and provide you with a life experience that you can now s…

I disagree. Models by Mark Manson is amazing and he came off to me as a very humble guy. Do you have any legitimate criticisms other than "the guy is a tool"? And even if Mark Manson was the biggest douchebag in the world, how does that make any of his arguments less valid? Does the fact that Martin Luther King Jr. cheated on his wife make his "I have a dream" speech any less inspirational?

The key thing is that you don't wait for a "perfect moment" to go for the kiss. When you feel you've established enough comfort, just go for it. Shut up and kiss her.

Just say hi. Literally anything. The opener doesn't matter. I usually give the girl a compliment. Talk about literally anything, whatever pops into your head.

Very sound advice. I'm not sure what I'm looking for yet so I'm staying open minded. Thanks for sharing.

You seem to be suggesting that you just hang out with shy girls and not talk at all/talk very sparingly. This seems strange to me, are you still physically escalating during the silence?

Because often times do they do come across as boring. But that may be because I don't know how to get them to open up and establish comfort.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
