Look, as long as you’re lifting hard and trying there’s really no “wrong” way to do it. Especially for beginners. 3 sets of X works just fine for beginning and even intermediate lifters. When you do the pyramid, are you really pushing yourself each set? If you’re not leaving the same amount “in the tank” for each, then it’s really no different from 3 sets of X. No I didn’t. My erections are usually really great unless I get lax with my estrogen control, then it’s pretty hit or miss regardless of the Cialis.

It’s cool. I appreciate all advice offered in good faith, regardless of solicitation. Viagra gives me headaches and gives me sinus pressure. Cialis doesn’t. Could be the doses and I just need to experiment.

Man Cialis is great. I take 5 mg daily as a pre workout. I didn’t need it for sex because, well, after 20 years we don’t fuck that much anyway. But damn, being able to keep fucking after cumming is a nice bonus feature.
