Yeah that's why I never thought nofap could work. But you could jerk one off like a man (to quote Bill Burr lol) as often as you need to and save your dignity. Granted all of us are different so this definitely isn't for all but if you can it saves you a lot of unneeded headache and trouble.

Never seen these here in Japan. More of an American thing. No shit it's sexual attention seeking but isn't a lot of women's clothing and behavior (make up, bikinis etc.) That's how they attract mates/ providers. Pretty common in the animal kingdom so no surprise there lol

This is what I've been saying for years! Funny how after ejaculation it becomes super clear (wtf was I doing, this bitch is ugly, ah she staying the night etc.) Then when your biology runs into gear again you find them once again attractive. (btw without make up most are horrendous but that's another story) Comes down to this: is all the hassle worth 10 minutes of sex every couple of days ? I think definitely not but to each his own.

The only reason for the push to stem is because it's a well paying field. Don't see anyone trying to create programs so women can go to mining or garbage collection ... Those are yucky and men can keep those.

Read the book. To be honest didn't find it too amazing. I'm actually quite surprised that it's such a best seller. Just my two cents... Know a lot of books but none about MGTOW unfortunately. Any good recs from anyone ?
