MMA shouldn’t be avoided for that reason, it uses all the fighting sports so gives you an advantage of know multiple techniques of taking someone down, not saying you should take someone down, but the confidence it gives you of knowing multiple techniques to take someone down is invaluable. Not to take anything away from other fighting sports just that MMA would provide the most skill = most confidence in being able to defend yourself

Don’t say shit like ‘i went against my agenda by lowering my standards’ please. If you have an agenda like you say you don’t go against it. If you are a man of any value with an agenda why would you hit on the 1-5s, 5-10s should be giving you IOIs and you should be hitting on them. So no you don’t have an agenda or standards in the first place. Saying that sentence makes you look like a bitter bitch (which you are) work on yourself and stick with your standards.
