I've been married for 6 years. AMA.At age 26, the average is $23,000 for men where the average man is in a relationship with women. Hahaha! No it isn't. I'm not American. In Australia our employer is legally bound to put part of our wage into our superannuation account. They put 9.5% (as a minimum - mine does more) of our wage into our account. Every year my employer puts just shy of 15K into my super and then I contribute as well (I contribute 12.5% in low risk super) and I put lump sum top ups in quarterly. I have been working … | /r/MGTOW | 19/10/18 11:13 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Not going into specifics, but I have around 290K in my superannuation at age 26. | /r/MGTOW | 19/10/18 01:54 AM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.I recognise this. Unfortunately the economy today is geared towards two income earners in a family. This was the natural outcome of women being expected to work. Once working mothers became the norm it became economically compulsory for a lot of people. Its a shame. | /r/MGTOW | 17/10/18 12:14 AM
| -1 | I've been married for 6 years. AMA.I heard about you guys from another subreddit. They were calling you guys incels and insane and dangerous. Im drawn to stuff like that but when I checked this place out I could empathise with a lot of what you were saying. I wanted to provide my experience which, I believe, proves that its still totally possible to have a fullfilling relationship in today's world. There is a lot of negativity on here and whilst lots of it is justified - some of it is a little toxic. I thought providing my story … | /r/MGTOW | 17/10/18 12:12 AM |
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.How'd the two of you meet? High school. What made you guys attracted to each other? I thought she was cute. At the time I was "on and off again" with a crazy hot girl. She was the stereotypical "hottest girl in the school" but she was driving me borderline insane. She would emotionally manipulate me, lie and would send mixed messages. My now wife was really down to earth and pretty. So when I met her i stopped talking to the crazy one. And what was the exact moment you decided you wanted to tie … | /r/MGTOW | 17/10/18 12:07 AM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Yeah met young. Families are not intertwined. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 11:55 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Lol whatever you reckon man. If that's going to help you process all of this then go ahead. In truth, I just wanted to have a chat with you guys and to show it is achievable (albeit maybe unlikely) to have a good relationship these days. It's not all doom and gloom. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 11:13 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.I can agree with a lot of what you guys say. I think some of it is slightly misguided and lots is due to group think (ie when you're surround yourself with everyone chanting something you will believe it vehemently). But overall I'm pretty empathetic to it. Lots of women (and men) are fucked these days. Traditional gender roles have been abolished and women being turned crazy because they are brainwashed to want to be masculine and Independant and have a career but biologically they want to have… | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 11:12 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Male lol. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 11:08 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Yeah I agree man. My parents and her parents are both divorced. It's fucked. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:59 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Yeah we are both aware. Both of our sets of parents had shitty, toxic marriages that ended after 10 or 12 years. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:59 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Cheers man. I can agree with a lot of the stuff you guys say, I think society is fucked in a lot of ways. I'm not trying to rub it in or laugh at you guys - just trying to give some chill insight into the good parts of the "other side" | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:55 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Nah. If she did I would go absolutely ballistic. Neither of us tolerate that sort of emotional warfare bullshit. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:53 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Not on the cards. Maybe in ten years things will change. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:51 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.Without her I probably would have just spent 90% of my time playing video games lol. So I can't really answer that. I don't believe I've lost independence. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:50 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.How are you feeling at the moment in this relationship? Yeah good. Im not walking around singing "I'm walking on sunshine" but im content.. Is it still strong Yeah it's strong. We haven't really had any weak points but if I had to give the "weakest point" it would've been almost 10 years ago. At the time we were doing long distance. are you happy with your current circumstances? Yeah. Having 2 young kids is tough but I wouldn't take it back. Is there still passion in the bedroom? Yeah we have a … | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:50 PM
I've been married for 6 years. AMA.In terms of why I married her : Culture and society I guess. Marriage is a pretty weird concept when you view it objectively. Whatever reason I give boils down to "because that's what I felt obliged to do" In terms of why I'm in a relationship with her : I like being around her is the primary reason. She's a good mother too, she's a stay at home mum and my kids are well mothered. She's supportive and yeah - I like being around her most of the time. | /r/MGTOW | 16/10/18 10:45 PM
