When it comes to lifting and carrying things men and other men are not equal because we're not all the same size and weight and we don't all have the same strength and resilience. People shouldn't be expected to do the same amount of work they're physically less capable of as someone who is physically very capable. That's what it means when people are not equal in these terms. No one is complaining that women get women only session hours at the gym. They're complaining that men should either a) have men only session hours or b) pay less for their membership. That's all it's about for anyone who is reasonable and values equality.
