I agree with every point you made, but I think it should be noted that this attitude is already changing rapidly in our society. What's even "funnier" is how later when the women realize it's happening they think it's hilarious, while always ripping on him before when they assumed he was the one making unwanted advances. I love those books but the female perspectives are so annoying it makes me want to skip them. The lack of logic there makes me wonder if Jordan thought all women were insane. Great books, but that stuff was way too heavy handed...

That's why I asked here! I saw your post. I was already banned from that sub bc I was the first reply on a post or something. The responses I saw there were so weird it's why I asked here. They always circled it back to the state forcing medical treatment, etc., which made it so unusual a situation. Great point, and I thought it needed more recognition!

Good to know, I only just recently started lurking in this sub and haven't seen anything on it. I wish it would get more play. It's easy to do, and seems like the next logical step, the same way pre-nups have evolved in marriage.
