Work out so things can be afraid of you.

No. When you make a claim without data it’s just an opinion. Want to be taken seriously? Add a source. While I grant you there are a lot of lazy people who won’t do the work. The burden of evidence to your claim rests on you. Not the masses being able to use a search engine.

Transformers: Thots in Disguise.

So what did you do about this situation?

They won’t like you for who you are but rather for what you can do for them. That’s why the best people in the world can lose their otherwise good relationship to a disabling injury. If you can’t provide, you’re out, regardless of how cool your hobbies are.

Yes, what does it miss?

The proper response should be "what relationship?"

Better to have 3-5 close friends that push you to be better than 8-15 friends of whom 7 are unmotivated simps. Depth of friendship is more valuable than quantity of friends.

I too would like to hear an explanation of that regression. It is compelling but do you have sauce?

Nuance is one of the most important things one can learn.

You don't have to like the guy to learn from him, even if its what not to do.

Focus on creating things of value to yourself and society will dictate whether or not those are of value to future humans. There are many authors, musicians, poets, and painters who died poor, destitute and unrecognized only to become famous and respected posthumously. Having legacy as a goal is ultimately insecure because you're not letting the life you live right now be enough for you.

I've always heard this as, "only listen to people who have what you want, because they're the only ones that can show you how to get there." Results speak so loud I can't hear what you're selling me.

I think a lot of people get stuck when they hear that "just being themselves" is not going to work for them. You have to be self aware and realize that unless you're the best version of yourself, your weaker traits are going to weigh you down. Ultimately Alpha is the embodiment of what Nietzsche said, "become who you truly are." If you are in line with who you truly are on your goals, actions, and mindset, you will most likely default to being alpha because you will know what you want out of any…

Everything is material man. The feedback from this is that you're boring and need more hobbies.

To me this sounds like the most logical reaction. She doesn't have enough respect for you for it to work out in a healthy way long term. I second what other guys are saying that she will fuck you over. She will if you give her more power than she has now. Maintain frame and spin the plate until it breaks, don't buy it a china cabinet.

That is an amazing book. Can second the recommendation.

Exactly. Nothing matters either way, so you might as well work on maximizing what YOU want out of life. I think this nihilistic guy just doesn't know what he wants so he sees no reason to opt in to anything. The best way to narrow that down is to start writing off what you don't want. I think we are all here on TRP because we don't want to be deluded into the false sense of security that accompanies current societal expectations for men. The best thing you can do is become who you are and live…

That's why it helps to have something else to focus on. Your mission should be more important than women, especially when you're young and filled with energy.

This exact situation happened to me and introduced me to TRP. Raz is right, the highest value thing you can do is tell her exactly what you want and then go get it.

So it's time for you to cultivate a bias towards action on the things you think are important. The Obstacle Is The Way.

There isn't anything wrong with it. Just realize you might put yourself in a bad situation as a result of following your instincts. There are plenty of instincts that are misguided in today's society. They're not wrong, your hardware is just running really really old code.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by this?

Seems like a healthy dose of Stoicism will give you a lot of mileage in this regard. If I am content with whatever happens, she has no power.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
