I can kind of understand the sentiment as long as the degree standards stay the same. It does kind of suck that your decisions in high school can affect your college degree options. So, if a women who didn't take the harder math classes in high school later discovers she wants to be an engineer it can be difficult to do. However, why not just have a program set up with a community College where the can spend a year fixing those deficiencies and then be accepted? Make that path open to everyone, …

I have read some stories about about stuff similar to this. I don't think the victim was as young as 11 though. There is basically no way to get out of paying child support if the kid is on welfare. The state wants its cut. *auto correct
