You right.

Has never dated by 33 years old and is in this thread arguing and rejecting all of the advice given. I'd wish you good luck but you wouldn't know what to do with it.

I guess the lesson is that I have to show more intent and be clearer and escalate more beforehand. The lessons is probably you need to accept a no for a no. If you're missing this signal you're also probably missing the signals before she accepts the date that she doesn't really want to say yes. To borrow from Mark Manson, if she's not a "fuck yes" she's not a yes. And less than that, anything that is not a yes is a no. Let these rules guide you and save you from too much overanalysis. It really…

I don't understand why you're so intent on qualifying this chick in terms of her interest in sex, but then you're willing to drive an hour to see her. One says I am not looking to waste my time while the other says I am all too willing to waste my time. My suggestion is to not look at conversations this way, it's manipulative and that makes you needy (you are hoping for some kind of 'success' with her and therefore need her). If you are your genuine self expressing interest it will probably get …

You probably have already failed and this will be a learning experience. There is no success young grasshopper. You go and you enjoy your time together as best you can, if you can't, then you aren't a good match. This isn't a sales pitch or a baseball game, there is no winning or losing. You just play the game. It's only about winning if you imagine her as the only girl in the world (she's not) and better than everyone else (she isn't) or think the sunk cost fallacy is worth chasing (it isn't) b…

Don't talk to people in an elevator. That's a 30 second relationship. Judging by your saying that I imagine a lot of other scenarios that are not at all awkward with silence, that you think are. To answer your original question, those types of conversations are usually observational. If you are talking about the weather you're failing.
/r/seduction21/03/18 02:29 AM

In what context. Going up to random strangers and starting conversation isn't a necessary life skill for everyone, usually people who do that are outliers.

I've quit porn before and don't believe all the hype but I will say the good thing is it makes you hungrier and when you do get laid it's like a double whammy of the sex itself and also seeing sexual imagery that you've deprived yourself. So if you think of the 'rush' you get from seeing porn after a long time not, you are saving that feeling for actual sex which is great.

but you did say. You fully and completely answered the question

After you get laid enough you will come to see a girlfriend as a burden rather than something you look for. Like, she would have to be extra super special for you to take that burden. Because otherwise you would be free to do your thing

After a particularly long strength of apathy I revisted his 'fuck yes' approach to better filter prospects. I do like that and it's a simple tool - if you or her are not a 'fuck yes' about continuing with the next date, then you're a no. Hanging out with women I didn't even like just to get the notch made me dislike women in general and soured my dating experience overall.

For me flaking means she left you in the lurch. Reschedules are completely different.
/r/seduction05/03/18 01:40 AM

What is your definition of 'flaking'? Mine is not showing up to a scheduled meeting or cancelling <30 minutes prior. For me it's not worth salvaging at all, no matter if I could pull one every once and awhile.

Bare minimum to nothing, maybe set a reminder for a day or two before she gets back. Personally I would tell her to contact me when she got back, basically leave the ball in her court and move on. I would purposefully avoid letting her tell me about her day and shit because it's likely she is just using you for attention

Boardgame cafes are great too. You find something new and learn the rules together. I live abroad and we don't exactly have them here but more homestyle cafes with some board games, xbox, ping pong, couches, self-serve coffee and tea. Pay by the hour it's perfect Don't underestimate a walk in the park either. Advantage being if you click in 15 minutes you can already accomplish 'change of venue' by popping into some place nearby. Art galleries are good too if you're into it, big advantage there …

Vulnerability can definitely work. Most of the finer details of game don't matter if the girl likes you, and honesty/vulnerability are traits that attract all people. The danger in saying you're nervous is that you place expectations on her which can make her uncomfortable, i.e. that feeling someone likes you and thinks a lot about you and you think nothing of them.

Don't do this. Especially in a relationship. Be who you are or else you will resent her for it as the relationship escalates. Imagine having to police your eyes all the time at home if you live with her, forever if you're married. No thanks

Bang enough chicks and pussy is pussy, and it can make sense to stick with one and focus on something else. There is no best dating life, it is up to the individual and is likely to change.

make sure you have her email address or whatever, or facebook if you use it. beyond that do nothing, not even any contact unless you are visiting. Even then expect nothing

Hollywood is a big one. Recently I got caught in front of a 90s movie, "Can't Hardly Wait." The characters are in high school, and I think leaving for college (I didn't see the whole thing). Anyway Jennifer Love Hewitt is leaving a party and some dude she barely knows gives her some long letter he wrote professing his secret love for her and how whatever signals she was sending he picked up on (she wasn't trying to send signals). Later in the movie she shows up at his house, he isn't there, she …

I'm facing this same situation and I'm just ponying up the cash to fly her out for a long visit. Most advice here is PUA driven so that's why you're getting a lot of negativity, but I do agree 5 months of no physical presence is difficult.

I could do a whole writeup about SE Asia having lived here a number of years, but see if I can add anything to this discussion now. Vietnam and the Philippines have been mentioned and yea, it's basically fish in a barrel. In terms of pure fucking you can rack up numbers. That kinda gets old though to be honest, the 'all pussy is the same' feeling is even stronger because the girls look a lot a like. I don't mean to be racist I just mean they are not ethnically diverse countries. Eventually you m…

Why don't you outline the costs and benefits for us, or risk and reward. It would help because most people won't be as familiar with Arab marriages to compare.

It will definitely leave a shitty aftertaste. Idk man if you are abundant you really start to make your own rules, in plating nothing is serious anyway. If it were me I go by the boner test.. Do I get aroused just thinking about it. If so smash

Meh, we all have our own quirks. I don't really agree about being an unmovable rock, I don't work to become a cliche I work to become the best version of myself. Hmm maybe that's a cliche too. Anyway a woman taking care of you doesn't mean you need it it means she's there, just like if she cooks you a steak doesn't mean you don't know how.

The 'rationally connected goal' can be female companionship, which despite what anger phasers would tell you, is something that can be enjoyed. Enjoy women. Their energy. Their bodies. Their quirks. Their affection. In practical terms what this means is when I move someplace I try to find a few long term plates. It's during that process I am doing PUA type stuff, and when I need to replace any. Those plates bring positivity to my life is the same way lifting or other hobbies do, it's part of liv…

A car allows you to do some classic dates like picking her up for ice cream or something, opening the door for her, putting your arm around her, etc. while at the same time being a mobile 'my place' to bang. Usually the more awkward part of dating is transitioning from public to private as both parties know you're basically talking about fucking, and a car can make it a little smoother. If you're into blowjobs a car can be good because full sex might be impractical depending on where you are. A …

You can expect whatever you want. Get angry? No. Next? I recommend it. I would never LTR a girl who wasn't into me enough that she needed more dick on the side.

That's not necessarily blue pill. My last LTR was like a maid and personal assistant. She would do shit for example like tell me I wasn't allowed to touch my phone for two hours, if I was stressed about an email or something and kept checking. "Allowed." We both knew I could do as I damn well pleased but if you respect the person doing shit for you to make your life better, it's ok to do what they say when it's for your own good. Sounds like your buddy needs to be reminded to sleep, whatever. An…

This makes sense given sex is not really the purpose of marriage for most women. It's security. They see the man as an investment. The more attractive a man is the more volatile he is, i.e. open to affairs or realizing he is getting a shit deal. Actually the trade offs of marriage only seem to work, from what I can tell, if the man is uglier than the woman. Of course the potential for divorce rape nullifies marriage outright but if you are going to make a case for it, that scenario would be it. …

I just ended a relationship because I wasn't ready to marry and kind of had to shit or get off the pot due to some stuff. I'm 30 she is 22. The problem is when I'm 40 she's 32. If I was ever going to start a family, why not do it at 40 with a 25 year old then. Then when I'm 47 she's the same age as my potential wife would have been, 32. Now life isn't a math equation but you can see the rule doesn't really age that well. On the other end I've seen 60+ year old dudes with early 20s girls and . . …

Well we have different experiences and maybe there is something to what you're saying but I would suggest it has everything to do with how you frame it. If you come across as explaining why, as giving your sob story and how important it is for you to continue being sober, and otherwise using 'recovery language' that she isn't familiar with, then yea you might get stamped as 'ALKIE' in the negative sense. But to quote Swingers, you're so money and you don't even know it. You are a man that has ta…

Hey man I'm sober too for some years now, just wanna say you could really handle the 'why' question better. Own it but don't feel like you need to explain yourself like that. And yea I get it's a frustrating question but just own it. Some people (a minority) will treat you like a leper or something but most won't, just say it's not my thing and move on. If she prods laugh at her and ask her if she's writing a paper, I dunno. Maybe something like Her: Right? Like you should be able to go ahead an…

I'm there with you bud. I was with a girl, literally perfect in her behavior towards me. Treated me like a god. Argued well, when we mostly just talked about my leaving town in the future and what we'd do. All the things you want in a relationship. And she was beautiful. Beyond TRP for whatever reason I was never that attracted to her. But in terms of RP, I never got the tingles for her like she did for me. I always felt a bit bad, but I'm sure my aloofness is part of what attracted her to me. I…

Funny that you mention it. I'm far from a bodybuilder, just lift 3 times per week, and can't find clothes that fit me in a department store anymore. It was sometime last year that even 'athletic fit' became too tight at the quads.

Thanks for breaking it down like that. She doesn't have the option of coming due to visa issues. She might not even be able to visit, hence why I go near her during my time off. I'll spare the details but this is sort of the end of a 6 month process of doing everything we could to find a solution, this one-sided open ended relationship is all that's left if this has a chance of working.

whitout getting plates and look like a cheater and constantly use dreading games Take your medicine. Read the sidebar. Accept reality before proceeding. The reason you fuck a bunch of women (not cheating on any of them, necessarily) is to expand your options. When you expand your options you filter out women who don't really like you for you, or who don't like you a lot. Over time, with your newfound confidence and game (and body - are you lifting?), a higher percentage of these women like you a…

I wouldn't LTR a woman who doesn't already have a vast reservoir of respect for me. Being told 'fuck you' is a huge red flag, I know people here are quick to pull the 'next' trigger but I couldn't tolerate that. Next. Yea you could dread and play games and whatnot but fuck it, this isn't your wife, new pussy is better than old anyway.

I think you're mostly correct and that advantage of the plating approach is the filter it provides - if a woman likes you enough you don't need to have 'the talk' with her, she will demonstrate her commitment before you do. At the same time, in my experience even when you are solidly the captain, women are human. There is pride. A woman might fuck around if she becomes resentful of your status or for whatever reason, and can you blame her . . it is probably stressful to be constantly 'not good e…

You would have to make an argument for the legal contract of marriage. I would be suspicious of statistics because are they defining long term relationships, and how, or are they just saying married vs. unmarried? The one benefit that comes to mind is custody. But usually favors the mother anyway. There are a lot of drawbacks.
/r/TheRedPill22/05/17 01:32 AM

Bit of a false choice there, single motherhood or marriage.
/r/TheRedPill22/05/17 12:49 AM

jesus christ man.. no. this is worse than trying to fuck your secretary. Her job description is literally to tell the world about what you do and say
/r/askTRP18/05/17 03:55 AM

I've come to really value politeness in my LTR, saying thank you and stuff like that and just acknowledging stuff she does even if it's expected. She's the same. I find it all around healthy. It maintains a certain level of respect and decorum which makes it easier to 'date,' when there are boundaries still there. That said I would never thank her for physical contact or sex or anything like that. It's more for when she cooks for me or something.
