I'm going to tag on to what's already been said: Good quality sleep is huge. Do what you need to get there: meditation, sleep hygiene, ZMA. If generally about melatonin except for occasional use. Wearing a good high in potassium a couple of hours before bed can help alot too (think avocados or something, not bananas- to much sugar). Avoid alcohol with a couple hours before bed at least, and in general will screw up your hormones. Stress can't be avoided and can cause problems with your hormones …

Taking your anger against your late wife out on the daughter you raised, genetic or not, especially when her mom is recently dead and you're the parent she has left... That would be completely fucked up. I can see the position you are in, but completely abandoning a child that only knows you as dad, that's pretty reprehensible in my book

I was too, but I get what you mean. If you're mgtow, suffering through crap like that doesn't make sense at all. But even that top comment told him to stand up for himself, while still remaining a supportive husband. I think our condescension of that comment is that we would prefer to avoid this kind of situation all-together.

I'm all fairness, the few comments I read said more along the lines of: her behavior is understandable, but still unacceptable. Stands up for yourself, call her on her shit, but don't abandon her. Sounds a lot like they were telling him to start being a man and stop being a pushover.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. She's just trying to hook you. If you're not interested, don't let her do those things, push it away or else you may find yourself hooked despite yourself. If you are interested, don't let her do those things but add flirtiness to it. Say something like "that's reserved for girls I'm seeing naked" or to that effect. IDK just my thoughts

I moved to CT a year and a half ago. I average at least 3-4 dates a month through bumble but tinder girls here are pretty lame, to me at least. Based on what you said, I would say the chance is gone for pretty much anything. I can't say I would have done much better, but she is in control and unless that changes (i.e. you showing near apathy for her), she will never put out as a FWB.
