OK. So then who cares for the child if the woman isn't wealthy? The government already has a lot of problems and this would mean and increase in taxes, causing an outcry

Yeah but how do you prove that in court. Even rape has only 3% conviction rape cause there's barely any proof. How do you prove this

And who pays for that? Cause then numerous people will begin complaining about increased taxes for children that aren't there.

As someone that has seen someone give birth, it's a traumatizing expireance. You legit start to second guess whether or not you should've had the kid itself. The woman does not remember cause their minds are built that way in order to have more kids in the future. It's not only labor but also the 9 month pregnancy problems. Can women get grantees that the man will help them with their problems during the pregnancy period. Even if u would personally do that, the amount of men who have abandoned t…

Some of you should really do some research. I see a similar post almost every week. There is a way for men to terminate all parental rights. No child support, no rights for custody or visitation but this can only be done if the other parent, the mom also consents to it because she will be the one raising the child by herself and needs to figure out whether or not she can raise the child solely on her income. The mom consent part is also perfectly reasonable. If you don't wanna see your child, ju…

yeah this makes a lot of sense. Most times the people in those countries are also "small" and the women will also have smaller vaginas for reproduction to work

I like how the similarity in both the situations is that the woman seems to be interested in him cause of his job, not who he is as a human

It also depends on the girl. There are so many factors. If she's in a good mood, maybe she may be open to a convo. If she's in a rush somewhere she'll probably think you're a creep and and reject you in the most brutal way possible. I have never personally cold approached cause even I want to at least have a few convos with someone before attempting to get into some kind of romantic relationship

Yeah, cold approach never works. It'll work one in a 100 times. So if you're willing to ask out 100 women, then sure go for it. Even in gyms and stuff, it's best to at least get to know the person and do have regular convo before asking them out or anything. OLD is unfortunately, the only most expected way tho

Online dating sucks, most people here also agree that it doesn't show true beauty. People that are super ugly can look beautiful when you get to know them. People that are super beautiful can look ugly when you get to know them.

Men's "social" prime. Their "looks" prime is the is well in the early 20s-mid 20s. If the woman stays in shape, puts out, and keeps her mouth shut, then it will work out. It's not rocket science. wth? So women just don't talk in the relationship and let the man do whatever he wants? K even then, what if she cheated? How do you know he didn't cheat? Now don't say that he cheated cause she "didn't stay in shape and keep her mouth shut"

Sure, these people may be attracted to get the attention of a rich man or whatever. But will their personality want those men to marry them? Maybe they don't do these kind of things anymore, but people's personality doesn't change

Yes, we cannot call the supervisor's bad for having sex with her. The bad thing they did was having sex with somebody working for them, arguably but they aren't "bad" unless they knew her issues.

I remember a case in England a in 2010 or something. Mom had been given primary custody of daughter with father having 2 weekends a month or something. They wrote each other letters. In a few letters daughter tells father that step dad is sexually abusing her and mom also knew. Father goes to court for full custody and for mom and step dad to go to jail. The judge then changed their custody to father having custody every weekend and not just 2 a month and made the daughter continue living with s…

It's been proven that women are often unhappy in relationships than men are. After 5 years, people tend to stop putting in effort. In general, women need much more emotional needs for sex while men sometimes can just do it. Sometimes, they may stop spending time together, stop going on dates and showing affection, that often causes a lack of interest in sex from women. Sometimes when the women are also doing all the work in the house with the man just sitting around watching TV, even then they l…

You are right but i don't think we should say all women are like this. There are plenty of women working hard in their careers in their 20s and some even supporting their husband to become successful

Women also tend to be more unhappy in a relationship. Studies show that men have more benefits by being in an unhappy and loveless relationship than women do

Actually no unless the person was mentally ill and couldn't be independent and make decisions for themselves. Even then a person's spouse gets all rights. So only in very extreme cases.

bro seriously what the fuck. Forget everything else. This woman took the time and energy to ruin the chances of a man having a child knowing she would leave him. Why even take all that effort and manipulation. Did she hate him so much that she wanted his entire life ruined? WOW

Very hard to go on raising awareness about this kind of issue. It could easily be twisted into forgiving male criminals/being misogynist.

He lost his liscence cause he had a sexual relationship with one client and made sexual advances to another 2. He did some fucked up things to the client he had a relationship with. He made her work for her and completely rely on him. Glad more people are catching on

Parents usually don't give "dating advice" to their kids. Everything you said is cause of good and bad effects of the types of parents. Our parents and upriging is the foundation of who we are.

This is one of my fears. As OP also said, I'm afraid a woman will give up on the relationship or look for greener pastures when things become rough. And in a LTR, at one point or the other, there will be rough times in the marriage.

Turn the tables. A women staying at home won't get alimoney or assets if her partner leaves her and she isn't married. Marriage makes things more "legal"

The same occurs when a woman cheats on a man or stays away from her man for some period. It's just a way to increase probability of the child being the man's. It's very temporary.

The text was about doctors? How is an online doctor gonna make money? Even if they somehow do, it's not gonna be as much as a doctor working.

I think it make perfectly sense. You can't expect to make money while being at home. In the pandemic, doctors were risking their lives everyday. They made a decision to stay at home, not anybody's fault. But they can't expect them to make money than another doc who's working 20 hours everyday.

At first glance man 1 seems like the best of the best men. So naturally women are attracted to him at first. But as time goes on and more of his personality is revealed, they make not like him anymore. Man 1 is a good option for a fwb thing tho. He will take you some place nice and give you sex. But you won't love him as a person but some people may love his lifestyle. He is like the 50 shades of gray guy. Honestly, I don't like this post. For the women, both has their advantages and disadvantag…

Yes, he could've gone to court tho. Anything but fight a man with a gun which would've ended with his demise. The kid wasn't in the house. Kid was in bio mom's mother's house (grandmother). Now he's dead and Kyle most likely won't even be charged
/r/MensRights27/11/21 08:35 PM

I understand but there is no history of the kid being in danger. He could either fight a man with a gun or leave and increase custody after taking legal action. Personally, I would've noped out of the situation the second I saw the gun.
/r/MensRights27/11/21 05:57 PM

Chad said "I'll take the gun from you and kill you with it" before Kyle shot anything. Chad started getting up in his face and arguing even when Kyle had the gun. Chad should've immediately left when the gun was brought into play. At least should have left after the warning shot. Kyle asked Chad to leave the property multiple times before and after getting the gun. Maybe it's understandable not leaving the property at first, but he should have left when there's a killing machine pointed at him.
/r/MensRights27/11/21 01:04 PM

The step mom has filed a petition to get custody because bio mom allows Kyle around the kids. Hopefully a judge will at least not allow the guy near the kids
/r/MensRights27/11/21 09:33 AM
24

I understand Chad's anger. But he also said something along the lines of "I'll take the gun from you and kill you with it" I just feel very bad for the kids. Even if Chad was wrong, it's extremely painful for them to live with the man who killed their father. They are already very emotionally vulnerable and this could make things much worse. The least the mom should do is break-up.
/r/MensRights27/11/21 08:56 AM
36

I don't know if anybody will be charged or not. Kyle is a murderer but Chad was also very foolish to fight someone with a gun. This may have been planned but if Chad just didn't fight back and instead went to court about the issue, this would've never happened. There's a reason people say don't fight somebody that has a gun unless you know they're gonna kill you.

The woman can't give the child up for adoption if the father is still in the picture and wants the child. Then the woman needs to pay child support.

Wow, will CAS be punished for fraud. Can you at least sue? You said you live 1500 miles away from your ex. How do you guys do 50-50 custody? Also, in the court battle of 2 years, did you not see your kids. Did your ex poison them against you?
/r/MensRights11/09/21 12:20 PM

Personally, if I was a victim of paternity fraud and found out years later, I would divorce her but still be a father to the child and have a good relationship with them. Because they would still be my child. What would you do?
/r/MensRights11/09/21 04:56 AM

It's not cause the government hates men. It's cause the child that is innocent still needs to be supported. It sucks and the man is also innocent but the government need to prioritize the child over an adult.

In the eyes of the law he did something wrong. But they are both minors and won't be punished but he will be sent to a juvenile centre. He won't be in rehabilitation exactly, he'll be in therapy and they'll do psych evals.
/r/MensRights31/08/21 06:51 PM

I dont think he'll go to jail. He's a minor. They'll send him to some kind of juvenile centre to recieve some kind rehabilitation. I don't know if they'll allow him to continue living with the family though.
/r/MensRights31/08/21 03:41 AM
3

Its understood. Minors cannot be changed for raping another minor unless one victim was a child under the age of 10 or something. Even in the famous "nirbhaya case", the rapist that assaulted the victim the most was 17 and he was sent to a juvenile sentence till he turned 18 and was then released.
