To be brutally honest I don’t think the world is how you think it is. I’ve been active in the feminist community for over 5 years and most of us are completely fine with people identifying as men’s rights activists as well as feminists as we understand the viewpoint and incorporate men’s issues into our activism. But it’s not about that it’s about having fun. I understand that some boys will want to get better at it. But if the only feedback you’re getting from your coach is that you need to sit out and you’re not getting the opportunity to actually go out and play it becomes dull. At the end of the day sports is about enjoying yourself as well as being competitive, and if one outweighs the other it gets boring or stressful. These are kids after all.

Yeah, which is why it’s concerning me. Imagine if you wanted to be a football player but your dreams were crushed because your coach made you sit out because you “weren’t good enough” instead of actually teaching you the sport.
