This is why you learn to vet. If you truly want a committed relationship, your actions would reflect this. But they dont. Fool me once. After what number of men do you say, "Access to my body is off limits until commitment is guaranteed." You’re right everyone eventually learns this lesson, but not always after 1 person. Some people are looking for experiences and are willing to sacrifice the safety of a relationship for some shorter lived passion. Like you said before, feelings just take you by…

I get that in this particular case there were confounding factors. I personally wouldn’t ever date someone who was polyamorous either so I get that. But you’re also still kind of missing my main point. You said it is a reoccurring theme in your life; that you meet someone promiscuous, she wants something more and then you break it off. What I’m asking is if you see how you might be contributing to this yourself? Or perhaps men as a whole might be contributing to it? Men are constantly trying to …

It’s funny that you are downvoting my comment just because you disagree instead of being able to have a reasonable discussion about it. You say you “tried dating sexually liberated women and it was a disaster”, what about it exactly was a disaster besides the fact that you decided you weren’t interested. I’m curious what the specific reason is for your distaste? And also if the same person with the same personality would have had less partners would you have considered dating her more seriously?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 09:46 AM

So by engaging in this pattern you are creating the exact type of women that you claim to be repelled by. She was interested, you said no and now she has to go on to try to find someone else with one more person added to her number. As someone who has a high number (by Reddit standards) the main reason for it was liking a lot of guys who refused to commit. If you really feel this way you shouldn’t be sleeping with these women at all as you are just lowering their “value” by your own logic. By th…

Yeah but sometimes “talking” is talking, and sometimes “talking” is “talking”. Very much depends which one we are talking about here. Hehe. Unclear how op meant it.

It’s very obvious. We evolved this way so that we only get off when a man puts in the effort to make us come. Which by proxy shows us that the man in willing to put in effort in other ways in the relationship and stick with us so that we didn’t die when pregnant. Historically women needed men to take care of them to a degree to deal with pregnancy and childbirth.

Not only that, child support doesn’t even halfway cover the cost of raising a kid. No one would do it on purpose.

It just doesn’t make sense though. A super hot girl will have endless guys asking her out so it will be impossible to stay at a low number unless she is very young. If you want a low number you’re going to have to compromise is either attractiveness or some other aspect of personality. Or find a girl young enough that she has no experience. I also find it hard to believe you would be disgusted by Scarlet Johansson. Just lol.

Strange because most celebrities and super models that guys typically would kill to date have slept with at least 10 guys. I think the hotter the girl the higher the number probably. Are you dating only introverted 6’s?

So if a girl was 28 and had had sex with one guy a year for ten years previously, that would be too much?

If it is a complete blind date from a dating app I’m happy to split the bill. Usually in these situations it’s just a drink or two or coffee so it’s not that big of a deal either way. I’m a woman btw. If a guy likes a girl and is asking her out specifically on a date I think he should pay. It also doesn’t have to be an expensive date in my opinion but the girl is basically taking time out of her day to consider you as an option so she shouldn’t be expected to pay for that. However once in a rela…

Just looked up Christina Hendricks and she’s pretty hot. I think attractiveness and personally matters way more than height. I’m very tall as well. I do prefer tall guys but I’ve dated shorter guys because we had an amazing connection. They may have felt the same but it actually seemed like they didn’t give a shit at all that I was taller. You need to date the most confident men who don’t care. Or move to Amsterdam.

As a woman I actually agree with what you said here though I think I am in the minority on this website. I think the most important thing you said is that you try to read her emotions. When the guy is actually paying attention to the girl’s responses they can get a lot farther than asking the girl before every move. However a lot of guys misinterpret things and do the aforementioned moves without paying attention to the girl’s response and those guys can get into very big trouble. It’s really al…

Exactly, if the porn was better maybe I could get into it. As it is my imagination is a thousand times better than any porn I’ve seen, so what’s the point? I also feel bad for the women who get sucked into the industry. Usually porn actors start at 18 and only last 6 months, and then what will you do in life as a former porn actress?

I mean, I was. I looked the same as when I was 25 but had better style, confidence, hair, fashion, skincare, makeup, etc. I weighed exactly the same amount from 18-39. Recently gained like 7 pounds.

It honestly is true. He is a musician with an attractive yet unique face. Previously had a good career in a creative field, but fell on hard times. Very fascinating person who was in the middle of a slow decline but was still quite popular and had a lot of social connections. It was sad but also inspiring at the same time in some ways.

For me (40F) my peak physical attractiveness and male attention was roughly 32-35. I got some attention from guys in my early 20’s but was shy and didn’t really know how to act in those situations. As my confidence increased so did the interest from guys. Early to mid 30’s was also a sexual peak for me so maybe guys can sense that subconsciously. Objectively I had zero physical decline in attractiveness until late 30s and that was pretty slight as well. One thing that surprised me was actually h…

This twitter account doesn’t even post real L’s. These are mostly just self depreciating funny stories that happen to be told by women. If a guy was posting this stuff he would just be a comedian. Perhaps there is a larger issue regarding the intent of the person running the account, but they’re grasping at straws if they think this portrays women in such a horrible light.

It’s because men’s girlfriends or wives are often the only source of emotional connection and support in their lives. Women on the other hand have emotional support from their female friends and family. When men lose their sole source of emotional intimacy it’s life changing. Women do not lose this even though they can still be extremely upset by the loss of a relationship. Women also seem to be more resilient at dealing with difficult emotions since they have more experience feeling emotions an…

Very few consequences but there are two types of women who have high numbers of partners. Quite a few women rack up higher numbers because they are attractive and get approached by guys. These women might be looking for a long teem relationship but end up disappointed when they find out the guys are only looking for casual sex or flings or whatever. Or alternatively after they spend some time with the guy they realize they are incompatible together. If you live in a big city where everyone is da…

I had a friend years ago who was a homeless, overweight, drug addict that would bring literal models home with him to stay over in his van with him…all based on sheer charisma and personality.

I think it depends on how often the crying occurs. If it is a rare occurrence brought on by a difficult situation I’ve found it can bring people closer together. Once I began dating someone because he confided in me about a situation he was in and started crying and I comforted him. It was really touching. However if a guy is crying about things all the time or is generally super emotional in that way I would probably lose attraction. It’s probably similar to the idea of wanting to date someone …

Exactly :) still trying to put all that into action myself, but it’s getting much better since I had these realizations! Now I will check out Neville Goddard. Thanks!

I can relate to a lot of what you’ve described. For a long time I couldn’t figure out how to balance being in love with someone and not getting completely lost in that feeling and losing parts of myself. It wasn’t even obvious to me that I was becoming a lessor version of myself until recently because I still thought I was pretty cool ;) Now I realize that having such strong feelings was getting in the way of me being who I was really supposed to be. So working on being the best version of mysel…

What is it with this red pill philosophy and only wanting casual sex? Why can’t a relationship fit into it?

There are all kinds of people among both sexes. I think the issue is that people choose the wrong types often. There will often be an imbalance with one person giving and the other taking. I guess this can happen in either direction. You just have to decide what type of woman you want to be with. If you want someone like from a Disney movie than you have to be the kind of person that a girl like that would be with. Aka not someone who is just out for themselves to take as much as possible. Same …

Women do like sex for the sake of sex, therefore if it’s good sex she will want to keep doing it with that person more than once. It’s not that easy to find guys who are good in bed. Usually when I found them I’d try to keep them. Also, maybe this is unfortunate but good sex tends to make women fall in love in my opinion. I would say less than 1/4 of guys are great in bed. Also, women’s intuition is a real thing. If we can sense that you don’t care at all about us or our needs we will leave. So …

This is actually part of the issue. Casual sex is not that fun because often it doesn’t result in having an orgasm. This is not necessarily the guy’s fault because it can take some getting used to a person first. However it’s pretty obvious from the first or second time whether or not the guy will be capable or is interested in trying to make this happen. All of the guys that I dated were good in bed. In fact that is basically one of the main reasons I dated them. Haha. If the sex is good you wi…

If this is how you think, and it obviously is, then you are simplifying everything down to a transaction of money for sex. You’re missing out on everything else involved in relationships. So I feel sorry for you. And you also missed my point. Come to nyc. You will find literal supermodels everywhere and all the other women look like that too. At every age not just in their 20’s. But I’m guessing by your own logic you aren’t rich enough for those women.

I hope I don’t offend you but you sound like you lack confidence in yourself. Being feminine has nothing to do with putting a man on a pedestal and worshiping him. I would even go so far as to say it’s about worshipping yourself and understanding your own power as a woman. The feminine strengths are things like creativity, intuition, nurturing, love, empathy, feeling the depth of your emotions, etc. Submission doesn’t mean letting someone overpower you. Hope that doesn’t come across as too harsh…

Attractiveness can be a personality trait. Of course men will notice beautiful women first but they can also get bored if the conversation isn’t interesting. I’ve seen men obsessed with women who were definitely not the most beautiful ones in the room. Personalty matters so much more than people think it does. And also, you could try being friends with women rather than seeing them as competition.

As a woman, I can say is generally true but women like that would not likely be interested in a lot of the men on this subreddit. It’s quite obvious that many of the men here are angry, manipulative, judgmental and not looking out for the woman’s best interests. Therefore a self assured woman who wants this type of relationship would not trust most of the guys on here. Just a little advice to everyone on here, women want masculine men which is why some of the things you say on here work. However…

Around where I live (a big city) a lot of people look better in their 30’s than in their 20’s. Men and women alike. Also people here often get married a lot later. Again maybe being in a city changes things but I had way more interest from guys in my 30’s than in my 20’s. Just came here to see how guys think and it’s a bit disturbing tbh.

You guys are aware you can get to 16 by having sex with one person a year for 16 years right? Doesn’t exactly sound that promiscuous when you actually think about it.
