I agree in part. Talking to strangers/barista and having a cup of coffee is good. Getting into the "meeting new people" mindset. Hahaha if I go straight out after sitting around with my buddies watching tv, having a red bull, it doesn't quite do the trick...I think the thing is to go approach. Like you said. What is reaction mode/ clarify being in control

I agree. How do you deal with low energy/ state not being right? This is my problem. Its hard to go into boss mode when you're not in the zone... I know this sounds weird, but I feel like a strong cup of coffee or something caffeinated does the trick for me. Anyone else have a similar opinion?
