Edit: oh yeah besides sexism, (physical) sexual harassment, bad parental leave policies, underpaying their staff, harassing and name-calling their staff, no HR, pitting staff members against each other, hitting on staff members and fat shaming, join meetings through phone while on toilet. I would argue many of the above promotes the female gender by not victimizing themselves or their gender as many (all?) feminists tend to do. Even if you grant them all the feminist talking points the above still work - and succeed - in this "harsh and misogynistic Illuminati world" we have today. GI Jane were cool because she succeeded in a man dominated world by their rules, not "but mah feelings".

So you would consider it vigilante justice if someone caught a child rapist red handed and killed them? Depends on the circumstances.
