If you look at the source those numbers are people who have experienced "completed rape" and not "attempted rape." Kissing without consent is not completed rape. Yes it is a high number, and hard to believe.

Also I think a lot of people don't realize the prevalence of rape. For example, 17.7 million American women have been raped and 2.78 million American men have been raped. If murder was that prevalent, our country would be a much different place. It's so prevalent that almost everyone knows someone who has been raped so bringing it up insensitively can trigger flashbacks. I agree that this isn't an MRA vs. feminism issue, it's a social issue. Yeah but it probably makes the doctor feel shitty, since doctors go into medicine to help people. No one likes to dig a hole just to fill it back in again.

If I was that doctor and had to do reversals every day, I would probably say those same kinds of things to every childless patient that came in.

What's with that? Easy. It's simpler to give a label to a group of people with extreme opposing views (feminism) and expose their hypocrisy similar how in a debate it's easier to go second and refute the first argument. Some people have commented here that feminism is "at war" with MR, because it's easier for people to put things in terms of black and white than to tackle complex problems.
