Yeah, she must be clueless. There's likely going to be a similar percentage if she asked about selling her worn underwear, but we know there's a huge market for that. That small percentage of people who will buy these things really want it and will pay well for it.

No. Many laws are single defendant laws as they're intended to protect someone. If child pornography laws are meant to protect the child, it makes little sense to charge them. You won't find a single case where a child is charged for giving videos to an adult.
