If you don't marry her, your broken family will fuck up your child. Please watch some of Stefan Molyneux's videos on single parenting and it's devastating effects on children. If you do marry her, you'll definitely break up, and the same will happen to your child. So, put the baby up for adoption. It's the kindest decision for the baby, the best decision for her and yourself (helping you build your lives and develop as people until you're ready in the future), there's no moral-rationalisation in…

But not women -- it's reproductively beneficial to them if only the best men rise to the top. Otherwise they stand a chance of mistakenly carrying an inferior man's child.

You understandably feel bad about being judged on the generalizations of most women, but that doesn't mean those generalizations aren't true. A gereralization only has to broadly apply in most cases to be correct. Thats what generalizations are. In the thousands of posts on trp that came before each of your "examples", there were examples of that same behaviour that weren't based on the personal experience of some internet trper. They were based on collective experiences drawn from novels, histo…

I've wondered about this myself. Why are men afraid of having their income, possessions, reputation and lifestyle forcibly stolen from them under the threat of jail, at no fault of their own, for no predictable reason, at any stage in their life? The fact that they get to live out their days in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with no hope of ever rebuilding what they had again, while distantly watching their kids manipulated into hating them sounds like a happy ending to me. I don't understand it.

I can't believe you said that, because this is the only advice that has truly helped me, both before and after trp. /r/TheRedPill is popular because it's helping so many people, it's not just me. How could you be against that, with your only alternative being to "lie to them for the greater good"? You'd ruin so many young male lives, for what?

I found and then took this advise from TRP. It's definitely there. I doubt someone will search for it for you, but you could probably find it in the comments after someone asks where to meet women. Or when someone posts their success story as a bouncer everyone will jump on about how important making girls part of their lifestyle is.

Thats not "peaking", thats "starting". The guys who discover pickup in their 30s, after being a loser their whole life, are pretty open about the fact that trying to fuck as many hot girls as possible is playing for a consolation prize. These guys are just starting, because they either never started in college or never improved their smv at all since college (your SMV doesn't just increase on it's own by the way, you don't just sit on your ass for 10 years until you peak) Guys who are peaking ho…

It's a great way to combine your paper-chasing with your tail-chasing ;) You're gonna be tired, but it puts you in a social situation where you have accountability, will go out nomatter what, you have status, meet lots of people, lots of hot girls, and you get paid for it too.

Additionally, women in the US are culturally groomed not to look too "easy". I would bet that if you were to take this study to a different country where slut-shaming is not as common, you would find women that answered "Yes". Or maybe just, y'know... change the culture here and stop teaching women that they need to be both sexy and not interested in sex. Such a country doesn't exist, because the "grooming" you talk about is biological, not cultural. You see it with the phenomenon of "The top 20…

True, but even then doesn't change how chasing that validation from likeminded peers gets you creating more value in the world than you would without it. None of us are perfect. Sometimes results are what matters most. Using our natural urge for validation and our fear of looking weak/shame in others eyes is a powerful way to get there I think. We can harness those human traits for huge personal gains.

The women don't want to be "pumped and dumped" ergo, whatever "easy" sex might be available is worthless to them. In terms of sex this is true. Not so in terms of FA. FA is way deeper than sex. These people want acceptance, female-validation and female-affection. They are rejected because of their low SMV. Low SMV men make women feel disgusted. The women don't understand this disgust they feel, attribute it to creepy behaviour such as only wanting sex, pump-and-dump etc. when in actual fact it's…

The PROBLEM is they have not one single skill required to actually make a home and that look-I-have-a-vagina-degree they got from university left all that really oppressed wife stuff like cooking and sewing out. So true. They also have no practice at being nice, kind people to keep a good guy around, but will never understand this because of the feminist delusion in their minds. The reason people give them so much when they're young is that their fertility is valuable... NOT THEM AS PEOPLE! They…

I'm really loving your stuff, thanks for this and please keep sharing! I learned this indirectly a year ago from a practice in a book called "The Tools" by Phil Stuts and Barry Michels. The tool was called "Inner Authority", and it's about embracing your shadow. Your shadow is what you get when you imagine all your insecurities, fears and weaknesses and visualise it as a person. For me it looks like a weak, degenerate shadow of myself as a young boy. Your power comes from imagining yourself embr…

You've got to know her and have tested her reaction before this to make that decision. I did the same thing, without being drunk, and when I told my gf she was sad and had water puppy dog eyes and fucked me so hard afterwards and was the sweetest horniest thing for a few weeks after. It was awesome. One way to test her is by role playing threesomes, and slowly whispering in her ear about what would happen if her friend was with you while having sex. Example: YOU: Image if X was here with us, wou…

Can you give an example of a veteran redpiller claiming to be Dark Triad? I have never seen any veteran, or even novice, post this. I have seen posts on emulating Dark Triad traits, specifically for gaming women, getting what you want in life, and as a defence against the natural manipulations of women or someone in a position of power over you. I just don't understand why people call themselves "Machiavellian" and then completely contradict themselves. Firstly, machiavellianism is only one dark…

How about doing what you've always done, and just only discussing it's effects on your life? There will be a disconnect if you start trying to "teach" him the philosophy, or trying to convert him, so don't do that. Instead, just do what you've always done. Share what changes are happening in your life, what connections you've made to past experiences, your plans for the future, things you've tried that worked such as dread, or just your analysis that day of an interaction you had with a woman. I'm in Taichung right now, and although I'm not even trying I have girls coming and asking to be friends. Just standing nearby a group of sexy girls sets them giggling and bouncing. But I hear that Chinese/Taiwanese women are much less slutty. You can definitely hook up at clubs the same as in the west, but most girls want the "preten…

I will watch those 3 videos you mentioned. It will be great to phone him in the future, but after I've learned more and developed my own philosophy on the subject. I'm not there yet. A discussion with him would be great for uncovering any areas I'm likely to be unconsciously shaming, guilting, restricting, or "moralising" different choices to my child. It sounds like you're still expecting the same logic and values in the female brain as we have in our own. It'll take you a while but you only learn some things with experience. Thanks for that great recommendation, I'm actually already a few videos through that same playlist, I found it 3 weeks ago! In those 3 weeks Stefan Molyneux has become my most favorite person in the world. I know the title of my post "sounds" violent, but that's never been my intention. Peaceful parenting is based partly on knowing the disastrous effects violence has on a child's future, but we have the same data about the effects of poor dietary choices on a child's future too. We know exposure…

That how adoption and fostering work after all. Not as well as actual parenting. In this context you're probably correct, I'm sure the guy developed a bond with the child that he thought was his, and the child only knew them as it's parent, but in general this advise is not true, because in most foster/adoption the child "loses" their parent as they are moved to another parent. Children develop detachment disorders from things as simple as placing the child in daycare at an early age (especially…

If you feel you are comfortable, but wasting away because of that comfort, you can do a version of monk mode where you give up and sell everything unnecessary in your life. I think there's a movement called "99 things" where people only own 99 things, including individual clothing items. Try google it. When I started my first business (before finding red pill), I could tell I was too comfortable to work harder on it so I sold my guitars, drums, playstation, old clothes, car, etc until I only had…

Also, be aware of what your voice is like around certain people. Guys typically talk with a deeper voice with talking to their dad on the phone. I find myself talking a little higher pitched when around people I don't know which is something I am working on. I caught my voice going high while "pleading" with someone recently. Wow, I was so embarrassed with myself at the time, but it left a lightly smoldering anger inside me that has kept me focused on deep, slow, relaxed communication for a few …

Good idea, it might be good to mix it up. Similar to what /u/beware_the_syllogism said about taking some time off, and athletes having off seasons. Take care to do the other things people are recommending here, especially sleep, because any high-intensity exercise is going to wreck your testosterone, not improve them, if you're not recovering.

Sure. First, you need good meat and butcher. When in Australia I used a local organic butcher who only used grass-fed beef. I trusted them. I'm in an Asian country now where I wouldn't trust raw meat to be fresh, so I don't do it here. I cut the liver into little blocks (about 3cm a side) and freeze them. When I want them in a smoothie I just pop a block or two out and into the blender. Other ingredients I used (but just depended on what I had in the house): 3-4 raw egg yolks 2T coconut oil Maca…

I disagree. Eating less means less sustenance and nutrition, especially when lifting. It might be better advice to say he should cut out processed food from his current diet, and possibly carbs for a short time while upping healthy fats (2T coconut oil/butter with each meal). That way he will be eating slightly less but also cleaner and more nutrient dense. Cutting out processed foods and lowering carbohydrates will also improve the gut biome if that is a problem.

1) Women respond well to strong male role models. They tend to be more stable, less impulsive, less prone to mental health issues. TRP produces strong male role models. Yes. And there is evidence for this too. In this excellent video analysis of just about all the statistics we have on single mothers, the speaker talks about this. If I remember correctly, when young girls have a consistent male in their lives (uncle, father, older brother) they reach maturity later. Growing up fatherless can bio…

100%, barring any disease this is where you are messing up. You need to sleep over 8 hours when lifting, especially in your case if you can actually feel you aren't recovering. Dark room, no screens or blue light 2 hours before bed. And food... Every piece of shit you eat is more stress for your body to push our. Eat clean, and eat a lot. Thanks for sharing your perspective on it! But my mother also quotes her mother, saying "You had principles, and then you have children." Means that principles like no TV tend to melt when your toddler is screaming all day and all you want is a rest. I can see how anyone, even me, would let their principles melt to get a child to stop screaming :) In this situation, what a parent does is probably a reflection of their own habits when they feel tired themselves, do you think? And people say we're not living in a dangerous world anymore! It's like a long-term assault disguised as comfort. Here's some more: Degraded nutrients in food due to poor farming practices. Toxins in the air from pollution EMFs from non-stop wifi Not to mention the decrease of masculine activities being encouraged, but that could be either a cause or effect. It is a good remedy though to encourage it, like op said about lifting helping him.

Haha you are so wrong! The reason is always to control ourselves. We started "gaming" as a way to recondition ourselves to a more natural, authentic state, after being messed up for years with unhealthy conditioning especially around relationships and our purpose in the world ("beta" conditioning). I'm sure there are different people out there, but as soon as I actively try to "control frame and be alpha", then everything I do suddenly becomes more spontaneous, more natural and more lighthearted…

I like mixing hard red pill practices with a bit of love in these situations. In your case you need to mix total DNGAF with love. Not beta love where you sacrifice your values to please everyone and make it better, but deep compassionate love where you see everyone as people, understand them, feel for them, but continue happily being your own man as you were before. I should've mentioned, but I've been doing this for years and stopped tracking in June, because all my myfitnesspal days had started looking the same. I shoot for 3000+ calories per day to gain weight. On a bad day for me I might only make 2500. My macros are about 60% Fat, 25% Carbs, 15% Protein. The most difficult part (for gaining weight) is making sure I eat enough white rice and sweet potato because I've been doing bulletproof fasting with carb refeeds for so long. No, the max I've ever done is like 10 a week, or less. It's taken me 2 years to slowly accumulate the experience that nowadays I get that feeling regularly. Talk to lots of women. When you only know few girls, they become a precious resource and you feel afraid to lose their approval because you have so little of it. The other less talked about reason that this will help, is that you will quickly realise that nearly every girl you talk to is boring. I really like the idea of "tribes" and small communities that have been popping up a few times on TRP recently. You've used the skill before. Think hard about what you did, how you acted etc. and start to reintroduce those behaviors, plus ones suited to you that you pick up here, into your daily interactions. Also, try imagine where your focus was at that time. I bet you didn't care about the girls at all, and you were more interested in your friends or studies instead. Thats why they were attracted to doing stuff for you. What are you focused on now? What can you focus on in your life that will make girl…

Worst of all: changing who you are or going against what you want just to impress women is 100% beta pussy-chasing like a beggar who's Thirstiertm than all others. The op said he feels more confident in a suit. I personally feel powerful, inspired and sexy wearing my suit, and I work from home so I wear it only for myself. We're not wearing them to impress women... We're wearing them to impress ourselves, and women are noticing our confidence. I also see lots of people complaining that suits are…

A long time ago, one of the first corporations thought that having their sales people dress like the upper class would lead to more sales. The upper class would feel more comfortable talking to their employees because they looked like them, and would be more likely to buy from them. Soon, every corporation was doing it. They even found that dressing their employees who never left the office in suits helped. Over time, this led to them dressing their employees in mass produced suits made from the…

7 years working from home, putting on my suits is like sliding into heaven. Nice! I especially like sliding into my suits after a long day of working from home, to go relax in the city. What a way to feel like quality after not even putting on pants for work :)

This is called approach anxiety. There is an awesome free program on overcoming this. Google: "good looking loser approach anxiety" It starts off with small, easy steps and will gradually condition you to the point where it's as natural as when you're in class or a party. It includes some of the vague stuff you'll see mentioned here like: the 3 second rule, just say hi, asking questions, tell them you think they're pretty, etc. But it puts them all together with a progressive structure so your m…

I think this is where planned/canned lines would be perfect -- use them to get you to the point you KNOW you are naturally with other girls. If you have a list of lines you sometimes use, or red pill "moves" you pull on other girls, or can remember situations you're most commonly in with these hot girls, then you can force yourself to use those "planned/safe" lines that you know are authentic with your red-pill self. Plan a teasing remark to use, then FORCE yourself to use it on them. Even bette…

The Book of Pook is amazing. I'd also like to recommend the book by 60 Years of Challenge. It's old, but you can still see a nice review by Chateau Heartise. Someone on a forum once called it "pickup for introverted guys". It's heavy on touching and being normal, without all the social analysis and need for clever lines and crazy energy that original pick systems have. For me, after I read his conceptualisation of this, things just clicked and became easier. And if you want to see someone puttin…

Wow - I loved The Way of the Superior Man almost precisely for it's pretentiousness (and I didn't like Models). I find it difficult to take action and implement new ideas into my life without an idealistic image of what I'm aiming for conceptualised in my mind. It's almost like that quote: Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you'll land among the stars I noticed the op enjoyed The Book of Pook and Eckhart Tole, which I think were both a little idealised too, and I also enjoyed. What did you thi…

He built up a negative surplus from NOT fucking the women he wanted most of his life, and now he wants to make up for lost time and fuck them. He wants to do this for his own internal sense of validation. You must know, as a man, that men have a strong primal desire to fuck girls, to shape their world and to right wrongs. Discovering the red pill usually comes with a strong revelation that all the times you settled in life were for false reasons, and this makes us angry and want to make these th…

I like to categorise my activities into specific groups. I think it's easier to have a balanced life with a variety of different focuses and releases, as well as a mix of social activities and alone activities. Competitive Competing against other men, usually as part of a group. Weekend football, basketball or other sports MMA sparring/competition Board games Hunting Casually playing Call of Duty online doesn't count, unless you're part of a group and involve at least a little strategising and m…

If you ever want to see a counselor, be prepared to put in a lot of effort exploring your options and make sure YOU are the only one who decides on who to see. DON'T do it lightly... Therapy can help, but the risk of more damage is too high in such a gynocentric and feminist field. Theres a good article about it on avoiceformen: http://www.avoiceformen.com/men/mens-issues/authoring-your-own-life/ The problem with all mainstream therapy, which is now nearly synonymous with feminist therapy, is th…

Think of it this way: if all you want from her is sex, and suddenly you're able to deal with that yourself, where does that leave her? Nice point. I'm sure I can come up with some subtle ways to introduce more of these questions into my relationship :)

It reminds me of this article (which Chateau Heartiste sums up nicely in this article). It talked about a study about jerk behaviour being suited for leadership. It turns out that people want jerks as their leader, as long as they get the spoils of that jerk behaviour, and its directed at someone else. Sort of like the wolf's violence being directed at other groups. In the study, they one person in a group steal coffee and share it with the group. When this happened, the group would rate him hig…

Those are pretty good. To add to it, you could withdraw your attention in combination with any of the responses above. Show her she's displeased you (and pass her test at the same time) by making something else suddenly more deserving of your focus than her. I've also found what BluepillProfessor says about silence to be true -- it is sometimes my most powerful play -- but I think I know where you're coming from: If silence is a "freeze" response and your eyes are darting around in fear, then it…

As an Entrepreneur you are fighting to impose your will on the world and shape it to your vision. You are also inspiring and leading others who want to be part of that vision with you. The most high-level-alpha men I can think of are generals and conquerors who lead armies and try shape the world that way. But that's not something I really want to do, and I think an entrepreneur shaping the world with their aggressive creative vision is the next best thing.

Married men usually have jobs, careers, kids, and a lifetime of bad habits and feminist conditioning (which they've been practicing every day and are very good at) to overcome. I don't think 6 months is a realistic amount of time for them to change their habits, mindset, learn new beliefs, practice and integrate them, improve themselves in various ways and become confident with their masculinity while still taking care of their family and balancing their lives. Unless they are especially strong-…

So any list you give her will be thrown back in your face. You'll just be giving her ammo to fight with, because she will start pointing out all the things you need to work on... and downhill it will go. I made this mistake before :) I though that if I made a stand it would be sorted out at once, and she wouldn't shit test me down the road as I made my changes. Wrong :) Silent, consistent action is the key, and not giving her anything to work with. I refused to justify or explain beyond "True, I…

Awesome, good job taking action! I was also into PUA stuff years ago, and it was only because I recently revisited it again that I discovered The Red Pill. I never would've found it without that base.
