Okay, so if the guy told her he was going to rape her (but didn't) do you think that should be punishable by law? Because you're saying the woman has done nothing wrong unless she actually delivers with her threat.

There's an enormous difference between saying "Hey fuck you, buddy" and "After I get out of this car I'm going to knowingly make false allegations against you that could ruin your career and your personal life". If you don't think there are "real consequences" of having a false rape charge pinned on you, you're delusional. Law isn't as simple as "no harm no foul" or "if you didn't see it, it didn't happen" - that's like saying plotting terrorist activity in private is a thought crime, and I could literally accuse anyone of that too. As someone who grew up massively overweight and then ended up to be friendly and athletic, I feel your pain, some of this hit really close to home! There are a hundred books and guides out there, but here are some golden rules that helped me. Have a read, take what you will, and see if any of this resonates. -Just have fun with it!
