The title reads "How would society change if men had complete control over whether or not sperm is injected in their seminal fluid during ejaculation?" Not getting a vasectomy: sperm in seminal fluid Getting a vasectomy: No sperm in seminal fluid That is complete control. Changing your mind after a while was not part of OPs question.

My thought was this: If i had said vasectomy (without mentionig reversibility) there would have been a shitstorm of men saying "But everything women can do is reversible like the pill or hormone injections or anything that doesn't invole removal of the uterus / ovaries." That's why I added it. Not to say that reversible vasectomies are flawless and awesome.

It's not about the reversibility, but the complete control about what's in our ejaculate.

Only women are that mean, violent and vengeful to joke and make fun of male mutilation! It is the secret fantasy of many women to cut off a man’s penis. Well, that's some hateful bullshit there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
