Sure it does. That law is fucking archaic and needs to be repealed. Apparently I need to repeat myself. The overwhelming support this sub is showing for this case is fucking nauseating. Basically it's thousands of people supporting an unconstitutional law. If this makes it to any higher court I'm positive it will be thrown out. Wait and see. The people in support of her incarceration should be ashamed.
