| 1 | Need adviceMy mom has MS. It sometimes seems like she has no compassion. I think the brain sometimes makes them present as emotionless, I also know that a lot of people experience flares when they have high emotions so they tend to be flatline when it comes to feelings. When she says she cares about things she has a weird tone and it doesn’t sound like she actually means it. I’m sorry you are going through this.
