In the old days, I imagine it was harder for older women to remarry, while it might have been easier for a man to remarry. But nowadays - with women and men working pretty equally, with equal opportunities to become educated and compete for jobs, alimony doesn't make sense. It's just welfare for bad life choices.

I don't think the person who created this message is anti-male. I think he/she is right. When anyone says "she asked for it" by listing the points described, I am offended. People do not look to be the victim of, or seek out victims for, rape. The ones that do, need mental help, or correctional rehabilitation; or failing that, detachment from society. And that includes rapists, and those who falsely accuse others of rape.
