Personally I would enjoy the compliments and attention, but I can see how he's going into borderline creepy territory. I wouldn't think about it too much, next time just be honest about your limits and voice your discomfort (or remove yourself from the situation).

I think having biological children is a good deed too. People just get sensitive about it because they can't handle someone wanting to go down a traditional path in life that differs from their own.

No, my husband and I were always clear on wanting our own biological children. It's important to us, even if we have nothing against adoption.

Please leave this inconsiderate excuse of a man. You shouldn't even have to explain to your future spouse why spending time alone with another woman on Valentine's day is an issue.

I definitely feel you. I struggle with feelings of loss when I think about the experiences I missed out on... I don't think that regret will ever go away.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a woman wanting to focus on homemaking and mothering. It isn't for everyone, but many women thrive in the home without a job out in the corporate world. I think it's a matter of personal preference over "should/shouldn't".

I don't have much advice but you aren't alone. I'm married and expecting my first child but I still can't get over my past (or my husbands) either. Fell for the wrong guy before I was properly red pilled... My mother was disgustingly promiscuous her whole life and never taught me right from wrong when it came to sex. I regret it every day of my life. The only thing that helps is distracting myself and keeping busy enough to not have time to think about it, but it's easier said than done. I hope …

I think you need a psychiatrist more than female friends... I hope you get the help you need.

If that's what it takes to get them to realize they're abnormal, so be it. Bullying is underrated.

I'm happy with my views on homosexuality. It's disgusting and abnormal. People's feelings being hurt dont change that reality.

Absolutely not. I would feel quite disgusted by my spouse if I found out he was bisexual or anything else under the ever growing alphabet of degeneracy. I'll stick to mentally stable heterosexual men.

I love my big strong alpha male and wouldn't dare settle for anything less. I wouldn't feel safe or have any primal desire to have children with a man who was anything less. He might not be perfect and you're right about men like that being hard to find in modern times, but it's possible. I think this is the wrong place for a "radical feminist".

It sounds like there's just a general lack of compatibility between you two. I'm sure no one would judge you for ending a relationship you aren't happy in. If they ask, explain that you two just wouldn't fit well together long term. You dont have to give more detail if you don't want to, but don't force yourself to stay with him. At the end of the day, there are dominant men out there who would love to have a woman like you, and there are more domineering women out there who would love to have a…

Sometimes people just want different things in life and there's no one at fault. If he's dead set on a certain lifestyle and you're set on a different lifestyle, it wouldn't be fair to either of you to force the other into compliance. Explain your goals for life and if his don't match, break it off in a friendly and civil way. It's not worth it to try and change someones life goals. There are so many people out there who would give anything for their wife to stay home. So many people would be gr…

I keep them short and clean. Short is more convenient for my lifestyle and my husband doesn't really get anything out of longer nails on women. I usually paint them with light polishes (I go for pink) because it doesn't show nearly as much when you need to redo them.

I still stand by my original statement and I'm obviously not alone in my views on this. Many can agree with the fact that women dont handle power in their hands nearly as well as men.

You're missing the point that it isnt just me who says this. Do you have similar arguments for every other person who agrees with me? I'd love to read those too.

You're obviously missing the "as a child and teen" part. I didn't work as a child or teenager, I worked as an adult. Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that I'm not even close to being the only one who's had these experiences.

I've had more than two jobs, and clearly other people had very similar experiences. Men have proven to react and handle leadership much more responsibly and logically than most women. Edit: I said I only had two OFFICE jobs, not jobs in general.

I had two office jobs, both with a woman as a boss, and they were the most toxic environments Ive ever worked in. The first one felt like being in high school again (with all the childish drama that unfolded) and the second one was even worse. The passive aggression and mind games were damaging. I would never go back to working for a woman or ever recommend a woman be put in a leadership position. People say that men abuse any power given to them but in my experience the women are the ones who c…

Yeah, there really is no justification. It bothers some people more than others, but I can't take someone seriously when they say it isn't a big deal. I think a lot of people know it's inherently bad but they've already screwed up and they dont want to admit that they made a mistake they can't take back.

I met a man who motivated me to look deeper into myself and inquire further about my catholic faith. I was baptized as a child but it was never spoken about again. It was only as a young adult I found comfort and solace in faith.

You just reminded me I forgot to take my vitamin today! 😂 Thank you stranger. I think I'll set reminders on my phone when I get prenatals. I'm already having a hard time avoiding horror stories. Childbirth has been a fear of mine since I was just a child and it hasn't gotten any easier. I just pray for a long life with my children.

I really appreciate that. I already have a similar mindset regarding life in general, so I feel like it'll be easy to carry that over.

I want to have a biological child with my husband. That's my choice and I'm happy with it. If you prefer to adopt, that's your choice.

You start by explaining to him that your goal is marriage. Then you follow up by explaining the difference between what he can expect of you as a girlfriend, and what will be reserved for your husband. Best thing to do is start by mentioning your goal. That way you know already if it's worth taking the time to explain further.

Definitely pursue the marriage. Go for commitment over a few fun times.

Bless boundaries! You aren't alone. My soon to be husband and I trust each other (we have issues but we both know neither would be unfaithful) but still have set boundaries for opposite sex relationships. We don't dine, drink or go into 1 on 1 situations with the opposite sex outside of our close family. We've both opted to ease down the contact we have with opposite sex friends and it is for the best, considering we have new priorities in life (such as making a family and building our future) Y…
